Unele state membre, printre care Belgia, Franța și Italia, au cerut însă prudență, invocând posibile riscuri juridice și pentru stabilitatea piețelor financiare.Pentru a completa sprijinul bugetar bilateral, instituțiile europene integrează Ucraina și în inițiative industriale mai ample. Comisia Europeană a aprobat 325 de milioane de euro pentru finanțarea a cinci Proiecte Europene de Apărare de Interes Comun (EDPCI), Ucraina participând la patru dintre aceste proiecte de cooperare. Shqiptarë të Diasporës u mblodhën në Brescia të Italisë në një takim me deputetin e Partisë Demokratike, Klevis Balliu, ku në fokus ishte “Ripërtëritja”, ndryshimi politik dhe roli i Diasporës në të ardhmen e Shqipërisë.Gjatë takimit, Balliu vuri theksin te rëndësia e Diasporës shqiptare, duke e cilësuar atë një forcë të rëndësishme për ndryshimin në Shqipëri.“Diaspora është shpresa për ndryshimin e vendit dhe forca e saj, qytetaria dhe dashuria për atdheun do të jenë motori i betejës së ardhshme për ndryshimin e Shqipërisë”, u shpreh Balliu.Në fjalën e tij, deputeti demokrat foli për nevojën e një Ripërtëritjeje politike, duke theksuar se shqiptarët brenda dhe jashtë vendit kërkojnë një kapitull të ri për Shqipërinë.Balliu akuzoi gjithashtu qeverinë e Edi Ramës për lidhje me krimin dhe drogën, duke i cilësuar këto si ndër shqetësimet kryesore të opozitës. Ai tha se Diaspora nuk e ka harruar çështjen e votës dhe se do të vijojë të jetë e angazhuar në zhvillimet politike të vendit.“Shqiptarët nuk janë të lidhur me krimin dhe drogën. Ata punojnë me nder dhe me djersën e ballit. Problemi është një qeverisje për të cilën opozita ngre akuza të rënda”, deklaroi Balliu.Gjatë takimit, Balliu falënderoi kryetarin e Degës së PD-së në Brescia, zotin Plaka, koordinatorin Edi Çekrezi, Sekretarin për Diasporën Ethem Aga, si dhe kryetarin e Bashkisë së Kavajës, Fisnik Qosja, për organizimin dhe pjesëmarrjen.Takimi në Brescia u zhvillua në kuadër të angazhimit të demokratëve me Diasporën dhe përcolli mesazhin e “Ripërtëritjes”, si një proces i ndryshimit dhe hapjes së një kapitulli të ri politik.
