The April 24 examination, per the police report, showed no evidence of male DNA in her mouth or vagina.Biermann denied the allegations via his lawyer, Jason Sheffield, who claimed in a statement to Page Six Friday that his client is “100% innocent.”Scheffield also alleged Biermann “tried to present evidence to the arresting officer, including a passed polygraph by a notable and respected sex offender polygrapher,” and claimed he has “evidence of other prior false allegations by the alleged victim.”Zolciak shares Biermann, and multiple other children, with estranged husband Kroy (together above in Atlanta in 2017).
