Kim Zolciak’s 15-year-old son, KJ Biermann, has officially been indicted in his sexual assault and sodomy case, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.

The imprisoned teenager was indicted Thursday by a grand jury in Georgia on seven total charges — aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16 and false imprisonment.

The charges stem from Biermann’s alleged acts against a victim under the age of 16 on April 23.

Biermann, according to the docs, allegedly committed “an immoral and indecent act” to the victim by “aggressively rubbing [her] vagina with the intent to arouse and satisfy his sexual desires.”

The alleged act caused “physical injury” to the victim, the docs state.

Biermann also allegedly penetrated the victim’s “sexual organ” with his fingers and performed a sexual act involving his “male sex organ and [the victim’s] mouth” without her consent.

Additionally, Biermann was accused of “making physical contact” with the victim’s “primary genital area” and “buttocks,” again without her consent.

Lastly, he allegedly “unlawfully detained [the victim] without legal authority and in violation of the personal liberty” of the victim, according to the details of the false imprisonment charge in the docs.

Page Six has reached out to Zolciak’s rep for comment.

The day before he was indicted, Biermann begged to be released from jail in documents filed by his lawyer, Jason B. Sheffield, who cited the teen’s good character, strong academics, football achievements and scholarship offers.

“He is a high school student in good standing who has demonstrated strong academic achievement and regularly participates in extracurricular and community-based activities,” Sheffield said.

Biermann — born Kroy Jagger Biermann Jr. — was arrested on Aug. 17 after a female classmate — who described herself as his “girlfriend’s best friend” — accused him of sexually assaulting her in the Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia, Page Six previously confirmed.

The girl alleged that, while in a co-ed sauna, Biermann forced himself on her and attempted “multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants,” despite her rejections.

She also accused Biermann of forcing her to provide oral sex before he digitally penetrated her vagina, claiming that when she “finally managed to get away from him … he pulled up his pants and left.”

The girl was examined at the North Fulton hospital in Georgia. The April 24 examination, per the police report, showed no evidence of male DNA in her mouth or vagina.

Biermann denied the allegations via his lawyer, Jason Sheffield, who claimed in a statement to Page Six Friday that his client is “100% innocent.”

Scheffield also alleged Biermann “tried to present evidence to the arresting officer, including a passed polygraph by a notable and respected sex offender polygrapher,” and claimed he has “evidence of other prior false allegations by the alleged victim.”

Zolciak — who shares Biermann and his siblings Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12, with estranged husband Kroy — also blasted the “reckless and deeply troubling” allegations on Aug. 21.

“He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged,” the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum’s rep told Page Six.

“We remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth, and we ask that people allow the proper process to take its course rather than spreading unproven allegations.”
