İktidar, bu zamların bir bölümünü ÖTV’den karşılamak ve pompaya yansıtmamak amacıyla ilki martta olmak üzere temmuz ve ağustos aylarında üç değişik tarihte eşelmobil kararları aldı.İLKİ MART AYINDA UYGULAMAYA GİRDİSektör kaynakları, ANKA Haber Ajansı’na yaptıkları açıklamada, mart ayında Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanan eşelmobil kararına işaret ederek, “Bu kararla birlikte akaryakıtta gündeme gelen zamların yüzde 75’i ÖTV’den karşılandı. Kalan bölümü pompaya yansıdı“ dedi.Kaynaklar, temmuz ayında ikinci bir eşel mobilkararının uygulamaya girdiğini anımsatarak, şöyle devam etti:“Kararda, akaryaktta gündeme gelecek zammın 31 Temmuz'a kadar yüzde 50'si, 1 Ağustos'tan 30 Eylül'e kadar da yüzde 25'inin ÖTV’den karşılanması; indirimin gündeme gelmesi halinde bu tutarda ÖTV artışı yapılması öngörüldü. Eşelmobil sisteminin 1 Ekim itibarıyla yürürlükten kaldırılması karara bağlandı.“Ağustosta, yeni bir eşel mobilkararının daha uygulamaya girdiğini kaydeden kaynaklar, "Motorinde ÖTV tutarları yeniden belirlendi. Buna göre, ÖTV tutarı, ağustos ayında (13-31 Ağustos arasında) sıfır olarak uygulandı. Sonraki aylarda yıl sonuna kadar her ay 3'er lira artırılması öngörüldü. Dolayısıyla ÖTV olarak eylül ayında 3 lira artırdıldı. Ekimde 6 lira, kasımda 9 lira, aralıkta 12 lira alınacak. Motorinde ÖTV tutarı, 1 Ocak 2027‘den itibaren 13,9006 lira olarak uygulanacak ve eşelmobil uygulaması sona erecek“ diye konuştu. Kaynaklar, ağustosta benzin ve LPG‘de eşelmobil sistemi uygulamasında değişiklik yapılmadığını vurguladı. Buna göre 1 Ekim’de benzinde eşelmobil uygulaması sona erecek. Halen, litrede 4,43 TL olan ÖTV tutarı, 1 Ekim‘de 14,83 TL’ye çıkacak.BENZİN BİR ANDA 90 TL'Yİ AŞACAKBu durumda benzine bir seferde tüm zamanların en büyük zammı yapılacak, benzinin litresi bir anda 90 TL’yi aşacak. Police allegedly responded to a call involving one of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s sons after a neighbor claimed they shot a pellet gun at their horses. A July 14 police report obtained by TMZ on Thursday showed authorities were allegedly contacted by an employee at the Equestrian Reserve in Alpharetta, Georgia, which sits directly across the street from the reality star’s sprawling home. The woman reportedly told police she thought one of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum’s children had fired pellets toward her property — but that as far as she knew, no animals or people were struck.The employee added that she believed the child was attempting to scare horses on the property, and an officer at the site observed 20 to 30 pellets strewn around the road near the equestrian ranch. Cops were called in July after a neighbor complained about one of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s sons. Authorities claimed two boys answered the door at the Bravo personality’s home, though only one belonged to her. Per the report, while admitting he’d discharged the pellet gun, the child denied he was attempting to hit people or animals on the nearby property. The Equestrian Reserve employee also alleged kids had discharged fireworks from Zolciak’s home — and that when asked about it, the children were “verbally rude and uncooperative.”No arrests were made following the confrontation, nor any charges filed. The two went near Tamien Station to smoke methamphetamine, authorities said.The identities of both victims remained unknown. Castro told police he “lured” the victim toward the Guadalupe River Trail north of Coleman Avenue “to smoke,” according to the report.The two men allegedly went near Tamien Station to smoke methamphetamine. San Jose PDAuthorities say he then strangled the man and struck him with a rock before wrapping the body in a red tent and leaving it in tall grass.That death is believed to have occurred Sept. 15 or 16, Gadeberg told SFGATE.The identities of both victims remains unknown.“Those areas are frequented by homeless people but our understanding is that the defendant lured them to those locations,” Gadeberg said.The case has left investigators grappling with an apparent lack of an obvious connection between the victims.Castro’s alleged motive remains under investigation, while authorities continue examining the circumstances surrounding both killings.“It appears that this man may have just had a compulsion to kill and he started with someone he knew and then progressed to a random stranger,” Gadeberg said.Castro was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail on two murder counts.
