Police allegedly responded to a call involving one of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s sons after a neighbor claimed they shot a pellet gun at their horses. A July 14 police report obtained by TMZ on Thursday showed authorities were allegedly contacted by an employee at the Equestrian Reserve in Alpharetta, Georgia, which sits directly across the street from the reality star’s sprawling home. The woman reportedly told police she thought one of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum’s children had fired pellets toward her property — but that as far as she knew, no animals or people were struck.The employee added that she believed the child was attempting to scare horses on the property, and an officer at the site observed 20 to 30 pellets strewn around the road near the equestrian ranch. Cops were called in July after a neighbor complained about one of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s sons. Per the report, while admitting he’d discharged the pellet gun, the child denied he was attempting to hit people or animals on the nearby property. The Equestrian Reserve employee also alleged kids had discharged fireworks from Zolciak’s home — and that when asked about it, the children were “verbally rude and uncooperative.”No arrests were made following the confrontation, nor any charges filed. Driven by what prosecutors call a motiveless “compulsion to kill,” a California man voluntarily surrendered to a patrol officer — later directing police to a pair of hidden bodies in an investigation that authorities fear points to an unexposed serial killer.Marcelino Castro, 28, approached a San Jose police patrol officer around 5:14 p.m. Saturday and allegedly said he had killed someone.His confession set off a grisly search through the city’s Guadalupe River corridor, where detectives ultimately discovered two bodies at separate locations — and raised the chilling possibility that there could be more victims.Marcelino Castro allegedly attacked his victim “without provocation.” Facebook/aSanjoseactivities“Although there’s only two victims it looks like the start of a possible serial killer case and I’m grateful he turned himself in before he continued,” Santa Clara County Deputy District Attorney Michael Gadeberg told the SFGATE.According to the police report, Castro described the first killing as involving a man he knew. The two went near Tamien Station to smoke methamphetamine, authorities said.The identities of both victims remained unknown. KTVU FOXCastro allegedly then attacked him “without provocation,” strangling him and slitting his throat before concealing the body in a shallow grave near the Guadalupe River.Investigators believe that death occurred Sept. 13.Castro allegedly gave detectives information about another killing during questioning, leading them toward the area of Autumn Parkway and Coleman Avenue.There, detectives discovered another deceased man.The second alleged killing was markedly different. Castro told police he “lured” the victim toward the Guadalupe River Trail north of Coleman Avenue “to smoke,” according to the report.The two men allegedly went near Tamien Station to smoke methamphetamine. San Jose PDAuthorities say he then strangled the man and struck him with a rock before wrapping the body in a red tent and leaving it in tall grass.That death is believed to have occurred Sept. 15 or 16, Gadeberg told SFGATE.The identities of both victims remains unknown.“Those areas are frequented by homeless people but our understanding is that the defendant lured them to those locations,” Gadeberg said.The case has left investigators grappling with an apparent lack of an obvious connection between the victims.Castro’s alleged motive remains under investigation, while authorities continue examining the circumstances surrounding both killings.“It appears that this man may have just had a compulsion to kill and he started with someone he knew and then progressed to a random stranger,” Gadeberg said.Castro was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail on two murder counts. Dhomat e Specializuara në Hagë kanë marrë një vendim të ri lidhur me vizitat ndaj ish-presidentit të Kosovës, Hashim Thaçi, i cili ndodhet në Qendrën e Paraburgimit.VAZHDO LEXIMIN ME POSHTE!Vendimi është marrë më 21 shtator nga gjykatësi Christopher Gosnell dhe ka të bëjë me ndryshimin e disa prej kufizimeve të vendosura më herët për vizitorët e Thaçit.Çështja lidhet me rastin e dytë gjyqësor ndaj ish-presidentit, në të cilin ai akuzohet për tentim-pengim të drejtësisë.Sipas vendimit të fundit, kufizimet për vizita nuk do të zbatohen më në të njëjtën mënyrë për të gjithë personat që ishin përfshirë më parë.Gjykata ka vendosur që ndalesa për vizita të hiqet me efekt të menjëhershëm për gjashtë persona.Në mesin e personave për të cilët është hequr ndalesa janë Milaim Ahmetaj, Milaim Cakiqi dhe Avni Kastrati.Emrat e tre personave të tjerë nuk janë bërë publikë, pasi në dokumentacionin e publikuar ata figurojnë të redaktuar.Megjithatë, heqja e ndalesës nuk nënkupton se këto vizita do të zhvillohen pa masa mbikëqyrëse.Vizitat e personave për të cilët është hequr kufizimi do të jenë nën monitorim aktiv nga administrata e Qendrës së Paraburgimit.Gjatë takimeve do të kushtohet vëmendje e veçantë ndaj çdo përpjekjeje për transmetimin e informacioneve që konsiderohen konfidenciale.Gjithashtu, autoritetet duhet të raportojnë çdo përpjekje për dhënien e udhëzimeve që lidhen me dëshmitarët e çështjes.Çdo shkelje tjetër e rregullave të Qendrës së Paraburgimit që mund të konstatohet gjatë vizitave duhet gjithashtu të raportohet.Ndërkohë, për katër persona të tjerë kufizimi për të vizituar Thaçin vazhdon të mbetet në fuqi.Bëhet fjalë për Artan Behramin, Blerim Shalën, Ismail Sylën dhe Vllaznim Kryeziun.Gjykatësi ka vendosur që vizitat e këtyre katër personave ndaj ish-presidentit të Kosovës të vazhdojnë të jenë të ndaluara.Vendimi i ri përbën kështu një ndryshim të pjesshëm të masave që ishin vendosur më herët lidhur me vizitat në paraburgim.Sipas arsyetimit të raportuar, një pjesë e rrezikut që kishte çuar fillimisht në vendosjen e kufizimeve është vlerësuar se është zvogëluar.Një nga faktorët e marrë parasysh është progresi i procedurave gjyqësore dhe fakti se dëshmitarët e çështjes tashmë janë identifikuar dhe dëgjuar.Për këtë arsye, gjykata ka vlerësuar se për disa prej vizitorëve nuk është më e nevojshme të vazhdojë ndalesa e plotë, por vizitat e tyre do të mbeten nën kontroll.Në këtë mënyrë, vendimi i Hagës lehtëson kufizimet për një pjesë të vizitorëve të Hashim Thaçit, ndërsa për katër personat e përcaktuar ndalesa vazhdon të mbetet në fuqi.
