Vendimi lidhet me procesin e shpronësimeve në zonën “5 Maji”, një ndër projektet më të debatuara të viteve të fundit.VAZHDO LEXIMIN ME POSHTE!Ky është rasti i parë që prej rënies së komunizmit ku një Kryeministër në detyrë përballet me hetim penal të detyruar nga vetë gjykata. Një situatë që ka tronditur opinionin publik dhe e ka vendosur drejtësinë përballë një prove të madhe të pavarësisë së saj.Në qendër të hetimit është VKM-ja nr. 533, e cila sipas kallëzimit penal të qytetarit Ledion Mziu, është përdorur si bazë për shpronësime që nuk kishin asnjë interes publik real. Përkundrazi, pretendohet se vendimi është shfrytëzuar për të favorizuar ndërtimet shumëkatëshe të kompanive të lidhura me pushtetin.-Kallëzimi vë në shënjestër Kryeministrin Edi Rama dhe ish-kryebashkiakun e Tiranës, Erion Veliaj, të cilët akuzohen për tejkalim kompetencash dhe shpërdorim të funksionit publik. Mosndërhyrja e Kryeministrit për të ndalur procesin, sipas kallëzimit, interpretohet si miratim i heshtur apo bashkëpunim me shkeljet.Çështja ka kaluar në disa duar brenda sistemit të drejtësisë. Fillimisht u depozitua në SPAK, por u spostua në Prokurorinë e Tiranës, e cila pas tre vitesh kërkoi pushimin e saj. Argumenti ishte se mungonte vepra penale, një qëndrim që u pranua nga gjykata e shkallës së parë.Avokatët e banorëve e kundërshtuan vendimin, duke pretenduar se rasti ka natyrë korrupsioni të zyrtarëve të lartë dhe për këtë arsye duhet të hetohet nga SPAK. Kjo çoi çështjen në Apel, ku u vendos rikthimi i saj në kompetencën e gjykatës speciale.Pas analizës së provave dhe argumenteve, më 30 shtator 2025, GJKKO vendosi të urdhërojë SPAK-un që të regjistrojë procedimin penal dhe të nisë hetime të plota për rastin. Ky vendim u konsiderua një kthesë historike në drejtimin e çështjes.Për qindra familjet e zhvendosura nga zona “5 Maji”, të cilat prej vitesh kanë protestuar dhe kërkuar transparencë, ky është momenti i parë ku drejtësia duket se po u jep zë ankesave të tyre. Pas shumë premtimesh të pambajtura, tani topi është në fushën e SPAK-ut.Ky hetim i hapur ndaj Kryeministrit ka rëndësi shumëdimensionale. Politikisht, ai sfidon imunitetin moral të qeverisë dhe shtron pyetje të reja mbi mënyrën se si janë marrë vendimet kryesore urbane të kryeqytetit.Institucionalisht, ai përfaqëson një provë të madhe për drejtësinë e re, që duhet të tregojë se ligji zbatohet njësoj për të gjithë, pavarësisht pozicionit që mbajnë individët në pushtet. Çdo vonesë apo shmangie do të dëmtonte besimin e publikut në reformën në drejtësi.Nga ana tjetër, për vetë SPAK-un, ky është një test që mund ta rrisë besueshmërinë e institucionit ose ta ekspozojë ndaj kritikave të ashpra. Hapat e ardhshëm do të tregojnë se sa i gatshëm është institucioni të hetojë figurat më të fuqishme të shtetit.Nëse hetimet avancojnë dhe marrin trajtë konkrete, rasti “5 Maji” mund të shndërrohet në simbolin më të fuqishëm të llogaridhënies në Shqipëri. Por nëse ngecin, ai rrezikon të mbetet një tjetër dosje e bujshme që shuhet në heshtje, duke lënë pas vetëm zhgënjim dhe dyshime.Në këtë pikë, Shqipëria ndodhet përballë një momenti të rrallë: një përballje direkte midis ligjit dhe pushtetit ekzekutiv. Conform acestora, Georgescu a refuzat să facă declarații în fața procurolor, unde s-a prevalat de dreptul la tăcere în fața procurorilor. DIICOT îl acuză pe Georgescu că a înșelat un om de afaceri cu aproximativ 1,1 milioane de euro, din care aproximativ 100.000 de euro au fost folosiți în campania lui electorală pentru alegerile prezidențiale. Călin Georgescu a fost reținut de procurori pentru 24 de ore. Victima este un om de afaceri din Buzău, Răzvan Leu, care spune că fostul candidat la prezidențiale l-a înșelat cu peste 1 milion de euro, pe care i-ar fi cerut drept „garanție” pentru obținerea unei finanțări de 6 milioane de euro, bani care urmau să fie folosiți pentru o „afacere cu materiale prețioase”. El spune că a depus plângere la DIICOT împotriva lui Georgescu din anul 2024. Alți 100.000 de euro erau destinați pentru campania electorală a lui Georgescu. Procurorii spun că, pentru această ultimă sumă, a fost prezentat inclusiv un plan de cheltuieli.

Patrick then shared what he’d tell his future children about the three children he shared with former wife Lindsay Clancy. Lindsay stands accused of killing the former couple’s kids — Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months — though recent legal proceedings against her ended in a mistrial. “I think every parent can agree you have different relationships with your kids, but they’re all your kids. I can’t wait to tell them about their brothers and sister,” Patrick said. Patrick married Danis, a fertility doctor, in New York City in April, just months before his former wife’s high-profile criminal trial. In the emotional 60 Minutes interview, Patrick admitted that he thought he wouldn’t survive after his children were killed in January 2023. “There was a time where I didn't think I would live to see my 35th birthday, and I was completely fine with it,” he said. Patrick also opened up about discovering his children had been strangled after returning from running an errand. Cora and Dawson were dead when he returned home. Callan was airlifted to a children’s hospital and died four days later. “I really thought there was a chance that Callan would live,” he said. “I remember just thinking, 'Just give me one. Just give me one kid, and I would raise him as best I could, and I would give him the best life I possibly could. I'd tell him about his brother and sister.' And I was holding out hope for that." "I got to hold him. I got to lay down next to him. And he died in my arms," Patrick shared. Lindsay’s trial over the deaths of the three children resulted in a mistrial earlier this month. She has not denied killing her children, but her defense lawyers argued that she should not be held criminally responsible due to her struggles with postpartum psychosis. The prosecution has yet to decide if Lindsay will face another trial. For his part, Patrick said he forgives his ex-wife. “I saw headlines that said, you know, 'Killer Mom,' and 'Baby Murderer' [and] 'Monster.' And none of them were accurate,” he said. “I think if people said, 'She did a horrible thing,' I think everyone could agree with that. But I believe that it was her mental illness that caused that.” Patrick said he “did the best I could with what I had at the time. And I live with the outcome. Međutim, sporne poruke datirane su godinu dana nakon što je Sky ECC ugašen, a dodatne nedoumice otvaraju i podaci o tome kod koga je Medenica zapravo nameravala da se leči u Srbiji. Oglas Navodna prepiska pojavila se prvo na društvenim mrežama, da bi je potom prenela većina beogradskih medija.Predstavljući je kao autentičnu prepisku koja je procurila u javnost, tabloidi navode da su poruke dokaz da je Ilija Srdanović Đukanovićev čovek, pa čak i da je sama prepiska dokaz organizovanog „hibridnog rata“ i pokušaja uticaja na predstojeće parlamentarne izbore u Srbiji.Šta piše u navodnim Skaj porukama?U porukama koje su objavljene Vesna Medenica se navodno dopisuje sa koleginicom. U jednoj od poruka, koja je poslata 22.03.2022. godine, Medenica navodi da se ne oseća dobro i da će doći u Srbiju "u skorije vreme jer ima tamo neki doktor što Mila liječi, Srdanović, neki naš od povjerenja".Prezime Srdanović pominje se u još jednoj poruci koju je Medenica poslala 24.03. 2022. godine istoj osobi, a u kojoj navodi da je uzela kartu za Beograd da ode kod "tog Srdanovića Milovog". Izvor: X Upravo su datumi kada su poruke poslate sporni. Kako navodi crnogorski portal Raskrinkavanje, u to vreme - od 21.03. kada prepiska počinje, pa do 24.03. kada se prepiska završava - Sky već uveliko nije radio.Tačnije, bio je van funkcije punih godunu dana.Naime, velika međunarodna operacija protiv Sky ECC počela je 9. marta 2021. godine, kada su belgijske vlasti izvele više od 200 pretresa.Europol je dan kasnije saopštio da su vlasti Belgije, Francuske i Holandije uspele da probiju enkripciju Sky ECC i da su još od sredine februara pratile komunikaciju oko 70.000 korisnika. Cilj operacije bio je, kako je naveo Europol, da se blokira dalja upotreba ove šifrovane komunikacije među velikim organizovanim kriminalnim grupama.Ipak, 9. mart nije bio datum kada je Skaj definitivno ugašen. Kompanija Sky Global tada je tvrdila da njena platforma nije kompromitovana i pokušala da nastavi sa pružanjem usluge. Konačan udarac usledio je desetak dana kasnije, nakon što je Blekberi kompaniji Sky ukinuo pristup infrastrukturi neophodnoj za upravljanje uređajima.Sky Global je 19. marta 2021. korisnicima poslao obaveštenje da će servis biti ugašen, čime je Skaj praktično prestao da postoji kao funkcionalna komunikaciona mreža.Šta je Medenica rekla tužiocima o odlasku u Srbiju?Još jedan detalj otvara pitanje tvrdnje da je Vesna Medenica nameravala da u Srbiju dođe upravo kod Ilije Srdanovića.Medenica je uhapšena 17. aprila 2022. na aerodromu u Podgorici, neposredno pre put u Beograd. Pred specijalnim tužiocem objasnila je zbog čega je krenula u Srbiju.Prema tužilačkim spisima u koje su „Vijesti“ imale uvid, Medenica je rekla da je tog dana osetila jak bol i da je već planirala odlazak na lečenje u Srbiju jer je bila „veoma rezignirana i razočarana u zdravstveni sistem Crne Gore“.Međutim, u tom iskazu nije navela da ide kod Srdanovića.Medenica je, prema objavljenom delu iskaza, rekla da je imala lična poznanstva sa određenim lekarima specijalistima zaposlenim na Institutu za kardiovaskularne bolesti Dedinje i da je telefonom dogovorila odlazak na tu kliniku.„U cilju realizacije plana lečenja, pozvala je svog kuma, čija supruga je za nju i njega rezervisala dve karte za Beograd“, navodi se u iskazu koji su objavile „Vijesti“.Na Dedinju ne radi Srdanović već Milovan BojićInače, Ilija Srdanović nije lekar Instituta za kardiovaskularne bolesti Dedinje u Beogradu.Prema njegovoj zvaničnoj biografiji, zaposlen je na Institutu za kardiovaskularne bolesti Vojvodine u Sremskoj Kamenici, na Klinici za kardiologiju.Ono što može biti interesantan podatak, s obzirom na to da je Medenica pomenula da ima lična poznanstva sa lekarima sa klinike na Dedinju je to da je bivša predsednica Vrhovnog suda bila gošća na otvaranju Instituta za kardiovaskularne bolesti "Dedinje 2" čiji je direktor Milovan Bojić, njen zemljak iz Kolašina. Bojić je samo dve godine stariji od nje.Njeno prisustvo dokazuje i snimak sa svečanosti sa otvaranja klinike na kojoj je govorio i predsednik Srbije Aleksandar Vučić. Svečanost je održana 11. marta 2022, približno mesec dana pre njenog hapšenja u Crnoj Gori u aprilu 2022. godine.To nije jedini javno dostupni dokaz koji ukazuje na povezanost Medenice i Bojića.Tri godine kasnije 18. juna 2025. Medenica je prisustvovala promociji Bojićeve autobiografije „Nije bilo uzaludno“ koja je održana u kripti Sabornog hrama Hristovog Vaskrsenja u Podgorici. Petrișor Peiu, liderul senatorilor Alianței pentru Unirea Românilor (AUR), a explicat, într-un mesaj publicat pe rețelele sociale, poziția partidului față de „guvernul UE” și a răspuns acuzațiilor conform cărora formațiunea ar fi „extremistă” și „anti-europeană”. Numărul doi din AUR a subliniat faptul că partidul nu-și dorește ca România să iasă din UE, ci vrea ca tratatele blocului comunitar să fie respectate.„Siegfried Mureșan ne-a acuzat de multe ori ca suntem «extremiști» și «anti-europeni» . De ce? Vrea AUR să iasă România din UE? În niciun caz. Și atunci pe ce se bazează Mureșan și ciracii săi? Pe faptul ca AUR a criticat și critică politică dusă de «guvernul UE», adică de Comisia Europeană condusă de Ursula von der Leyen”, a scris Petrișor Peiu pe Facebook.Acesta punctează că este o diferență clară între a critica guvernul și a fi împotriva unei organizații și a enumerat motivele pentru care AUR critică „guvernul von der Leyen”.„Mureșan este vicepreședinte în partidul care a propus-o pe von der Leyen și care o susține: PPE, Partidul Popular European. De ce critică AUR guvernul von der Leyen? Pentru următoarele motive:  A cheltuit nesăbuit banii UE, ajungând la datorii de peste 1000 de miliarde de euro , ceea ce a triplat dobânda la care se împrumută UE.  A presat pentru politicile energetice «green deal» care au adus prețul energiei în UE la un nivel triplu față de prețul energiei din China și dublu față de cel din SUA.  A impus o supra-reglementare care a distrus competitivitatea economiei europene, simbolul suprem al unor decizii tragice fiind legiferarea legării dopului de ambalajul din plastic! Motivele pentru care AUR critică «guvernul» UE trebuie clar înțelese”.Petrișor Peiu a mai susținut că AUR nu-și dorește ca România să iasă din UE, ci ca tratatele sale să fie respectate.„Ursula von der Leyen a încălcat tratatele UE în favoarea unor abuzuri ale Comisiei conduse de ea, precum achiziția nejustificată și fără licitație a unor sute de milioane de doze de vaccin sau extinderea puterii Comisiei Europene în influențarea politicilor naționale. UE nu înseamnă și nu se reduce la Ursula von der Leyen sau la Siegfried Mureșan.
