Why King Charles' 'Private Citizens' Label for Harry and Meghan Sparks Debate New

Why King Charles' 'Private Citizens' Label for Harry and Meghan Sparks Debate

King Charles reportedly dubbed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as “private citizens” in his letter to show the public that the couple “can’t be one foot in and one foot out.”“Charles wrote a letter to clarify they are not working royals and they are considered private citizens so there is no confusion,” a source told Us Weekly Friday. “The king just wanted the public and press not to be confused. They can’t be one foot in and one foot out.”King Charles (pictured in 2023) called Prince Harry and Meghan Markle “private citizens” in his letter to show the public that the couple “can’t be one foot in and one foot out.” Getty Images“Charles wrote a letter to clarify they are not working royals and they are considered private citizens so there is no confusion,” a source said. (Pictured: Harry and Markle in 2018.) WireImageAccording to the insider, the monarch intended to clarify that Harry, 41, and Markle, 45, would not resume their roles as senior members of the royal family upon their return. “Per an agreement when they left working royal status, everything they wanted to do that was public-facing with certain patronages was to be approved by the palace so they would not be confused as official working royals,” the source claimed.“With them moving back to the UK, it’s been confusing.”Page Six has reached out to Buckingham Palace for comment. The insider claimed the monarch’s intention was to make it that the couple (pictured in 2018) were not moving back to the UK to return to their roles senior members of the royal family. The idea that they can live a normal, ‘private’ life is sadly not realistic.”Other insiders argued that if the pair were private individuals, the Lord Chamberlain would not have needed to issue a letter of formal guidance. As Page Six previously reported, Charles released the letter on Monday, which addressed the couple’s return to the UK six years after they resigned from their royal duties and moved to the US.Harry and Markle (pictured in 2019), however, allegedly took particular issue with the label of “private citizens.” POOL/AFP via Getty Images“Members of the public know who they are. Aaron Rodgers Reveals Surprising Twist in Shailene Woodley Breakup New

Aaron Rodgers Reveals Surprising Twist in Shailene Woodley Breakup

Aaron Rodgers went deep Thursday, bringing up old stories including his engagement to actress Shailene Woodley. On a part-two episode of “Not Just Football with Cam Heyward,” Rodgers claimed he didn’t “ruin” Woodley’s life but she instead left him for another man in 2022.“I proposed to Shailene and she said yes. Now, she maybe felt like she was forced to make a decision. She could have said no,” he said. “A couple days after that she tells me, ‘Before we get married, I gotta go f–k this guy,’ and I’m like — because her story is that I ruined her life and gave her crazy depression because I left her. But in actuality, she told me that and then she took off the ring by March — I proposed in December — and we had a couple of times where we tried to get reunited and nothing ever happened. There wasn’t even a relationship in 2022 to break off. Aaron Rodgers discusses his engagement to actress Shailene Woodley on Cam Heyward’s podcast. YouTube @NotJustFootballwithCamHeyward“She literally told me, ‘I don’t want to be with you’ after we tried some reconciliation in 2021. There’s just a lot of narrative out there that isn’t true.”Rodgers also referenced another failed relationship while teeing off on Woodley, with ex-flame Danica Patrick being singled out during the segment.“The height of their fame was when they were with me,” he said. “They get clicks when they say my name, just like the idiots on TV because I am a lightning rod, because people actually give a s–t and there is a silent majority that’s like, ‘I like this guy, he stands for something.’ There’s a group of people that are like, ‘I like the old guy.’ … Stop talking about me, you’re not relevant, move on with your life. You’re lying.“I’m actually a good partner. I don’t wish you any harm … and Shai, you left me, you took the ring off. What are we talking about regarding me ruining your life?” The 42-year-old Super Bowl champ proposed to the “Divergent” star in December 2021 before things were cut off in March 2022, a little more than a year after the two made their relationship public. They split again in April. Aaron Rodgers shared a message of gratitude to Shailene Woodley, his teammates, and friends on Instagram on Friday, February 25, 2022. Rodgers thanked Woodley for showing him unconditional love and expressed appreciation for his teammates and friends. aaronrodgers12/InstagramIn 2024, Woodley, 34, shared details about the break up that surrounded a traumatic event she went through that year.“I had a really awful, traumatic thing happen in early 2022,” Woodley said, without getting into specific detail about her trauma. “I felt like I lost my soul, my self, my happiness, my joy. I really understood depression and anxiety and, like, complete soul detachment.”She said she chose to stay in a “toxic situation” because she was empathizing with “someone else” but Woodley did not name the person. Woodley said her depression began to fade six months after her traumatic experience, and much of that came from the help of her stylist Kris Zero. “I knew I was depressed when I looked at a tree and felt nothing. That was the lowest low of my life,” she added.Rodgers is in his swang song NFL year as he stated he plans to retire following the 2026 season. The Steelers host Atlanta on Sunday to begin their season.

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's Wedding Detail Everyone's Buzzing About New

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's Wedding Detail Everyone's Buzzing About

Travis Kelce’s wedding to now-wife Taylor Swift was a complete fairy tale that he’ll forever cherish. “It was the best night of my life,” Kelce, 36, gushed to Chris Berman in a preview for his Monday, September 14, interview on Monday Night Countdown. “Marrying Taylor, it was more than I could have ever dreamed it to be because of all the people that showed up and the amount of love that was in the air.” Kelce and Swift, also 36, said “I do” inside New York City’s Madison Square Garden arena on July 3 during a ceremony officiated by Adam Sandler while surrounded by a sea of loved ones and famous friends. (The guest list included country icons like Brad Paisley and Miranda Lambert, in addition to Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs teammates and coaches.) “My perspective, it was a lot of fun,” Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who attended the nuptials with wife Brittany Mahomes, added in the ESPN teaser. “I did a little dancing, and I didn’t know if I was gonna be able to dance.” Patrick, 30, had sustained a season-ending ankle injury in late 2025, subsequently undergoing surgery and rehab before the new NFL season. “It was good to get my first dancing experience of the offseason,” Patrick quipped. Kelce and Swift’s event was certainly a night to remember as “the entire wedding had an enchanted garden-inspired vibe,” a source shared with Us days after the couple exchanged vows, detailing the decor which made the occasion even more magical. “There was light peach drapery everywhere as you entered, blush and white florals, tons of lush greenery, huge trees and candlelight throughout.” As for Kelce, he’s been outspoken about the joy of celebrating his marriage inside MSG. “I appreciate everybody who came out and celebrated and had fun with us. That’s about all I really got from that night,” he said during a press conference in August. “It was a crazy night. It was full of a lot of celebration.” He continued, “It’s kind of cool to get to live out my childhood dream of being in that venue, the mecca of all sports venues, [by] being able to get married in there. I can’t thank the owners of MSG [enough] for allowing us to get the opportunity to do that, knowing that we wanted a private event and everything.” Months later, Swift and Kelce are still basking in their newlywed bliss. “At this point, we’re what, over a month out? It’s been so much fun,” Travis told his brother, Jason Kelce, on their “New Heights” podcast earlier this month. “First of all, the night was a night we’ll never forget. Me and Taylor are so thankful for everybody that showed up, you know, from the vows to just seeing everyone to how much fun we had throughout the entire evening, and hearing that kind of be relayed through everybody’s stories of the night.”

NYPD Hero's Legacy Lives On Through Daughter's Courageous Path New

NYPD Hero's Legacy Lives On Through Daughter's Courageous Path

On the morning of September 11, 2001, photographer Jennifer S. Altman was driving down the FDR Drive on her way to an assignment in Brooklyn covering the mayoral primary when she saw the World Trade Center go up in flames. She left her car at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge and ran toward the towers while thousands of people ran the opposite direction. The second plane roared low over her head. She headed for the corner of Fulton and Church streets, where she knew survivors would be brought out.Altman's photographs from that day ran in Newsweek's coverage of the attacks, have been honored with awards, and hang in the 9/11 Memorial Museum and the New York City Police Museum. One image is of NYPD Officer Ramon Suarez carrying Crystal Tyson to safety from the 49th floor where she worked for a bank. It is the last known photograph of him alive. Moments later, he returned to the tower just before it collapsed. In the years since that day, Altman has remained in touch with many of the people she photographed and their families. She recently returned to the corner of Fulton and Church with Tyson, now 56, and Officer Suarez’s wife, Carmen, 67, and daughter, Jillian, 34, who is today an NYPD detective wearing her father’s badge number, to reflect on his memory and the events of that tragic day.Crystal Tyson, on the descent:I first encountered Officer Ramon in the stairwell where there was water running down the stairs. I ended up losing my footing and falling down a couple of stairs. I remember Officer Ramon picking me up, literally, and carried me the rest of the way because when we got down to the lobby, it was full of glass and water, and I had on sandals. And once we got through the revolving doors, he said, “Don't look down, don't look down.” And, of course, if someone tells you not to look down, you look down. And that's when I saw, unfortunately, some bodies of people who jumped out of the towers over us. And he proceeded to carry me the rest of the way in front of the Millennium Hotel to ambulances that were waiting for injured people. He put me in the ambulance, and he made sure they connected me to oxygen. And his last words were, “You're going to be OK,” and then I didn’t see him again and later found out that he went back into the towers to continue to help other people.I never made it to the hospital, because, going off of my own intuition, I disconnected myself from the oxygen tank because I just felt too much vibration, and I got out of the ambulance and proceeded to walk maybe half a block. That’s when I turned and saw people running towards me and a cloud of soot — it looked like a tornado coming behind them. I couldn’t run, but I was moving as fast as I could and, next thing you know, I was fully covered. Later on, as weeks went by, I found out that that particular ambulance actually blew up and glass from the Millennium Hotel had [fallen] down on it. So, I'm glad I listened to myself and got up out of the ambulance.Carmen Suarez, on the moment she understood:I worked on Fifth Avenue, by the Saks Fifth Avenue. And I was running late. Ray always would meet me at Essex-Delancey Street [subway station], to just say good morning. But I was running late that day, so when I got there at ten to 9, he had already gone up the staircase to hail a cab to come to the buildings where he heard it over the radio. So, I must have missed him by a split second. I proceeded to go to work and I just saw how people were looking up at the sky. And that's when I went inside a building and they told me that the Twin Towers were attacked. And I'm like, what? They said there's a fire. And then when I walked outside to see, that's when I saw [the second] plane hit.And I just remember being around people and I said, “We must pray.” And that's what we did. I went back inside to my office, and everybody was just in chaos mode. We had to close down the office. We had to find ways to get home. I saw it on the television when the buildings fell and at that moment all I thought of was, “I know I'm not seeing my husband because he's going to be working a lot of overtime,” because that's who he was: He will jump into action and go there and help whoever he had to help.It took me hours to get home. I picked up my daughter at school, Jillian, and then I went home around 3 p.m. and then someone called me and asked if I had heard from Ray. And I said, “No, what’s happening?” And they said, “Carmen, he’s one of the missing.” And at that moment, I literally passed out on my porch. I was just screaming. I couldn’t believe it was happening. I didn’t believe that he was gone. And then the following morning, they told me, “Carmen, you must be so proud of him. Look what he was doing.” And the first picture that I saw was of Crystal Tyson and the way Ray was taking her out. I saw the picture and I couldn’t say anything because that’s not what I wanted to see. I just wanted him there. It was very difficult after that. I didn't know how to tell our little girl that Daddy wasn't coming home. I didn't really tell her until December, because I had hoped that he would come out. I was in denial for quite some time, and I just didn't want to do anything, no memorials, nothing, until they brought me something of him. And three months later, he was found on December 19th. He was found with someone else that he was trying to save. The person who was right next to him.Jillian Suarez, on wearing the uniform:I saw the photo when I was around nine years old. I'm pretty sure my mom and my family showed me what Daddy was doing. And, unfortunately, at such a young age, I didn't understand the significance at that time. But as I grew older, I realized how amazing that photo really was and now, being on the job, it gets me a bit differently because I'm wearing the same uniform that he's wearing and I'm doing the same thing that he's done and I could picture myself doing exactly what he did that day.Hearing the story and being a little girl at the time, I could picture my dad from the moment she said that he picked her up, I could picture him doing exactly that. And it feels great to know that my dad was that person to save her. She was able to go home that day, and even though my dad didn't get to make it home with us, we were able to connect in a different way. We've somewhat healed each other and able to come together and understand each other in ways that people can't understand....Jillian, on the 25th anniversary of the attacks:This year I feel like it hits a little harder, now that I'm older and I am in a chapter in my life where I am getting married, after seeing my friends getting married and seeing them have that dance with their dad and knowing that I wouldn't have that. I truly can't believe it's been so long, it truly feels like it's just happened. It just shows you how you don't move on from things, you just move forward. Grief can either strengthen you or it can break you, and it's up to your choice.Being in the career, the biggest lesson I've been taught is, you think you're gonna go home and see your loved ones, but you really don't know when that time is up for you. It's sad to think about but, being so young and having to deal with something so tragic and so traumatic, I tell everyone don't take what you have for granted.Carmen, on watching her daughter follow in her father’s footsteps:When she told me that she wanted to become a cop, I couldn't have been more proud of her. She said, “Mom, I want to wear Daddy's badge,” and I'm like, “And you shall.” When she graduated, that probably was one of the proudest moments I ever had experienced.Carmen, on grief:To me, 25 years doesn't mean anything, because it still feels like yesterday, because that empty chair will always be there. There's no time span for grief. There never has been and there never will be. There's nothing wrong with grieving someone that you love, because that's what grief means. It means love. It's loving someone that's not here anymore. I take my grief, and I channel it someplace else that's going to give me a better purpose in life and to give back to others. And that's exactly what my foundation is about. It's about giving back. It's about remembering all those victims. Not just my husband's legacy, but everyone that died on that day. It's about never forgetting.Crystal, on revisiting the site:My mindset at the time was to help people the way I was helped to still be here amongst the living. And that's what I do now. I started out in internal medicine, and now I'm in radiology. I'm not going to say how many lives I have left. I'm just still fortunate to still be here because so far, I'm continuing to conquer everything that's coming my way, thankfully.Being honest, I don't come down here. This is probably the third time I've come down here. I think I was invited once [to an annual memorial], but I've never come. I feel like it's more for the family.Carmen, with an invitation:If you want to come this year, I will make sure that you will be with us. But it’s up to you. Not everyone can be ready enough to come here. So, it’s when you’re ready. If you’re ready, we're gonna be here to carry you. Because you are family. This interview has been edited for length and clarity.

Why the Declassified 9/11 Documents Are Turning Heads Now New

Why the Declassified 9/11 Documents Are Turning Heads Now

The Trump administration on Friday declassified pages of documents outlining what the Clinton and Bush administrations knew about Al Qaeda threats ahead of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack. The more than 100 pages are parts of the presidential daily brief, a top-secret daily summary of intelligence, analysis, and national security threats delivered to the president. Branislav Šovljanski pod lupom: Šta se dešava sa novinarkama N1? New

Oglas Saopštenje dela redakcije N1 prenosimo u celosti:"Mi, deo novinara i urednika redakcije N1, javno osuđujemo targetiranje novinarki Danice Vučenić i Žakline Tatalović od strane direktora vesti N1 Branislava Šovljanskog. KJ Biermann Shocks Court with Disturbing Video Evidence New

KJ Biermann Shocks Court with Disturbing Video Evidence

WARNING: THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS GRAPHIC CONTENT.KJ Biermann, the 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, has been accused of having sex with an underage relative.KJ — born Kroy Jagger Biermann Jr. — appeared in Georgia’s Fulton County Superior Court Friday as he faces seven felony charges stemming from an alleged April sexual assault involving a female classmate. But before Judge Melynee Leftridge made a ruling in the bond hearing, Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy shockingly revealed that investigators had found videos on KJ’s cellphone allegedly depicting penetrative sex with a family member under the age of 12.McGillcuddy said there were “multiple encounters” on video discovered on the device and that they allegedly showed KJ using “predatory, derogatory” language toward the victim.“This would now mark the second time he has been charged with an offense of a sexual nature of a very serious kind which involves female victims,” McGillicuddy said. She added that KJ was charged with sexual battery of a victim under the age of 16 following the newly revealed incident, which had not previously been publicly reported.KJ Biermann (pictured in his August mugshot) appeared in court on Friday for his sexual assault case. Alpharetta Police DepartmentThe 15-year-old was supported by his “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum mom Kim Zolciak (pictured walking into court) and retired NFL star Kroy Biermann. Christopher Oquendo for Page SixHis sister Brielle Biermann also joined his parents at the hearing. Christopher Oquendo for Page SixMcGillicuddy also said KJ had been under court supervision for that charge since October 2025 — 10 months before he was arrested on separate charges of felony aggravated sodomy and felony aggravated sexual battery.KJ’s defense attorney, Jason Sheffield, declined to comment on the new allegation, though he has continued to deny the allegations made against KJ in the separate sexual battery and sodomy case.“The fact that he’s been arrested and is being held without bond is a tragedy. He is not only presumed innocent, but is, in fact, innocent,” Sheffield previously told us.Meanwhile, Leftridge said Friday that she will decide whether KJ — who is currently jailed at Atlanta’s Metro Regional Youth Detention Center — will be released on bond by Monday. In his plea for bond, Sheffield told Leftridge, “This has been so traumatizing to [KJ] personally. He is not a boisterous kid. He is somewhat quiet.”Sheffield asked that KJ be released on $65,000 and insisted Zolciak, 48, would monitor him, as she is at home and not employed at the moment.McGillicuddy, however, noted that the victim in the sexual battery and sodomy case had suffered “documented physical injury” as a result of the incident, which she described as “predatory.”McGillicuddy asked that, if granted, bond be set at $190,000.A statement from that victim was then read aloud. In it, she begged for the judge to “consider my safety” before deciding whether to release KJ on bond. The victim said she has been “living in fear” due to alleged threats that KJ would come after her if he were to be released.“No matter who these threats came from directly, I cannot just ignore them or assume that nothing will happen,” she wrote.“I am not only scared for myself anymore, I am scared for my family, too. Members of my family have received emails and phone calls because of this situation.”She added, “The thought of him being released scares me more than I can put into words.”KJ — who remained emotionless throughout the hearing — had the support of his parents and 29-year-old sister, Brielle Biermann, as they sat in the gallery of the courtroom.Zolciak, who looked “stone-faced,” and Brielle arrived and sat together, while Kroy, who appeared “stressed,” arrived solo and sat in the row in front of them. The current high school sophomore (pictured with his girlfriend in October 2025) was indicted on seven felony charges last Thursday. Ella Schnake/ instagramKJ’s arrest stems from an alleged sexual assault at a fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia, in April. (He’s pictured with Zolciak in May.) kimzolciakbiermann/InstagramSheffield petitioned for KJ’s release last week, highlighting his client’s achievements in the classroom, the community and on the football field.“The accused turned 15 years old in May. He is a high school student in good standing who has demonstrated strong academic achievement and regularly participates in extracurricular and community-based activities,” Sheffield wrote in the filing.“He is an accomplished football player who has received scholarship offers based upon his athletic ability.”Friday’s hearing comes days after an initial hearing was cancelled suddenly, with Sheffield later filing a motion to transfer the case to Fulton County Juvenile Court and keep the proceedings confidential. He argued that KJ “is an adolescent whose development is ongoing,” noting that the aggravated charges against him “carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 25 years in prison” without the possibility of parole.Per court documents, KJ (pictured with his mom in May) was accused of making unwanted sexual contact with a female classmate. kimzolciakbiermann/InstagramKJ (pictured with brother Kash and their mom in June) was also accused of unlawfully detaining the girl and preventing her from leaving. kimzolciakbiermann/InstagramSheffield went on to tell Page Six that his client is “expecting to enter not guilty pleas to all charges” when he is arraigned on Oct. 14.KJ was indicted last Thursday by a grand jury on seven felony charges, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16 and false imprisonment. The charges stem from an alleged incident involving a then-high school freshman — who described herself as KJ’s girlfriend’s “best friend” — on April 23.According to court documents, the female classmate, 15, accused KJ, who was 14 at the time, of sexually assaulting her at the Life Time Fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia. The girl alleged that, while in a co-ed sauna, KJ forced himself on her and attempted “multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants,” despite her rejections.KJ (pictured with Zolciak in March 2025) has been behind bars since his Aug. 17 arrest. kimzolciakbiermann/InstagramIn a statement issued via his attorney, KJ (pictured in May) cited his character, academics and achievements on the football field in a petition for a bond hearing. kimzolciakbiermann/InstagramAdditionally, she accused KJ of forcing her to provide oral sex before he digitally penetrated her vagina, claiming that when she “finally managed to get away from him … he pulled up his pants and left.”The next day, after finally telling her family what had allegedly happened, the girl was examined at the Wellstar North Fulton Medical Center, but no evidence of male DNA was found in her mouth or vagina.Following his Aug. 17 arrest on the charges related to that incident, KJ was taken to the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center — where detainees are expected to adhere to a strict routine — and held without bond.Visitation rules at the facility are also quite strict.“I’m asking the public not to presume the truth of these allegations and to give the families on both sides their space and privacy,” Sheffield previously told us.KJ’s parents, specifically, have rallied around him during this time, with his “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum mom previously blasting the “reckless and deeply troubling” accusations against her third child. On Thursday, Page Six obtained exclusive photos of Zolciak arriving at and leaving her home looking “stressed” and “scattered.”Visitors, including KJ’s dad (pictured in August), must go through a stringent security process. BACKGRIDKJ’s immediate family is guaranteed two visits per week. (Zolciak is pictured with her youngest daughter, Kaia, in August.) Filmsbyjosh / BACKGRIDWe also obtained exclusive photos of Kroy, who will turn 41 on Saturday, looking “devastated” following a visit with KJ.“You could see it in his eyes. He seemed to be in a very somber mood,” an eyewitness told us. “It is what you would expect with the week they’re having and the stakes if KJ doesn’t get bonded out of jail.”Zolciak and Kroy — who have each moved on romantically amid their contentious divorce — are also parents to son Kash Biermann, 14, and 12-year-old twins Kane and Kaia Biermann. The retired NFL star previously adopted Kolciak’s eldest two daughters: Brielle — who is still moving forward with her November wedding despite KJ’s circumstances — and Ariana Biermann, 24.If you or someone you know is affected by any of the issues raised in this story, call the Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-330-0226.
