Nova sezona emisije '24 minuta' izaziva pažnju zbog velike promene New

Nova sezona emisije '24 minuta' izaziva pažnju zbog velike promene

Foto: Goran Srdanov/Nova.rs autor: 10. sep. Massachusetts Mom's Shocking Court Plea After Tragic Family Incident New

Massachusetts Mom's Shocking Court Plea After Tragic Family Incident

A defense attorney for the Massachusetts mother accused of strangling her two young children before fleeing to Vermont stunningly requested that his client be freed and the case be dismissed on Thursday.Janette MacAusland’s lawyer, Joseph Krowski, argued to a judge that there wasn’t enough information to keep the 49-year-old Wellesley mom behind bars – despite her allegedly admitting to cops that she killed 7-year-old Kai and 6-year-old Ella and tried to take her own life back in April, according to court records and WCVB. Janette MacAusland appears in court on Sept. 10, 2026. WCVB Channel 5 Boston“I strangled them and then I tried to kill myself,” MacAusland told a Vermont cop at her aunt’s Bennington home, where she showed up out of the blue with bloody wounds across her neck late one night in April, according to a police report. “I wanted the three of us to go to God together but it didn’t work,” she allegedly told the officer. MacAusland made the appeal to the judge less than a week after a judge declared a mistrial in the murder case against Lindsey Clancy — who strangled her three children but argued she was suffering extreme postpartum psychosis at the time.Prosecutors on Wednesday told the Dedham District Court judge that they were still waiting for the medical examiner’s office to determine the children’s official manners of death. The judge denied Krowski’s requests and ordered that MacAusland remain behind bars without bail on two charges of first-degree murder, to which the mom has pleaded not guilty. Ella MacAusland and Kai MacAusland were allegedly killed by their mother, Janette MacAusland. Cale DarrahMacAusland, who was an acupuncturist with New England Integrated Health, had been fighting to get custody of the children after her husband filed for divorce last October after nine years of marriage. The children’s father, Samuel MacAusland, was seeking custody of the couple’s children and home, court filings show. The bitter legal battle appeared to come to a head when the parents filed a motion to have a third party make recommendations on custody – with a guardian being appointed on April 21, just three days before the slayings.Prosecutors previously recounted in court that MacAusland had shown up “hysterical” at her aunt’s home, roughly 140 miles away from her $1.5 million mansion in the ritzy Boston suburb, on April 24.Janette MacAusland appears in Dedham District Court for her arraignment in the killing of her two children on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, in Dedham, MA. Boston Globe via Getty ImagesAfter her concerned aunt called cops, Wellesley police found the bodies of the kids inside of a bedroom, and noted there was “blood spatter everywhere,” according to harrowing dispatch audio. Flowers, stuffed animals and notes of sympathy are placed outside the house where Ella MacAusland, 7, and Kai MacAusland, 6, were found murdered. Josh Reynolds for NY PostThe children were in kindergarten and second grade at Schofield Elementary School. The MacAuslands appeared to be a happy family in photos online, with people who knew them describing Janette as a “doting mom.”Krowski and the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.

Ilie Bolojan dezvăluie tensiunile din spatele propunerii premierului Luca Niculescu New

Editor : C.L.B.

Princess Diana's 'Revenge Dress' Returns: The Auction Everyone's Talking About New

Princess Diana's 'Revenge Dress' Returns: The Auction Everyone's Talking About

Princess Diana shocked the world when she wore a slinky Christina Stambolian minidress to a Vanity Fair party in 1994. WireImageIt’s the most famous LBD in the world.Princess Diana’s iconic “revenge dress” is hitting the auction block for the second time since the late Princess of Wales wore it to a Vanity Fair party in June 1994.It’ll be a standalone offering at Sotheby’s in New York on December 9, with estimates landing between $150,000 and $300,000, per the auction house’s site. The silk Christina Stambolian design features an off-the-shoulder sweetheart neckline and body-hugging draped skirt with a mini train. The royal punctuated her jaw-dropping look with a pearl necklace, red nail polish, black tights and a confident attitude just hours after a documentary aired in which her estranged husband, then-Prince Charles, admitted to his affair with Camilla Parker Bowles.“It was one of the first Serpentine dinners we did together. None of us had any idea that Charles was going public about the problems in their marriage,” former Vanity Fair editor-in-chief and “When the Going Was Good” author Graydon Carter told Page Six Style of the major moment.“So, when Diana arrived, we thought she just looked incredibly beautiful. We only discovered that she was wearing a ‘revenge dress’ when we read the papers the next day. As my old Spy magazine colleague Walter Monheit might have said: ‘Revenge may be best served cold—but this one was served hot!'”It was infamously dubbed her “revenge dress,” as Diana wore the look on the very same day then-Prince Charles admitted to his infidelity on national television. Getty ImagesThe design is up for auction for the second time, and is expected to fetch six figures. SothebysThe auction is a one-of presented by Sotheby’s, set for December. SothebysDiana and Charles had been separated since December 1992 — and she actually commissioned the custom look before the demise of their relationship, saving it in her closet for three years before deciding at the last minute to wear it to the Serpentine Gallery.Years later, the designer recalled being asked to craft something “very special” — and the moment marked a defining moment not only in the evolution of Diana’s fashion sense, but also in popular culture. The princess rarely wore black, as royals often reserve the color only for mourning, and she had rarely before been seen in cocktail styles that hit above the knee.Even Diana’s accessories told a story: Her pearl-and-sapphire choker was crafted from a brooch gifted by the Queen Mother as a wedding present. She also wore the Collingwood pearl-drop earrings given to her as an engagement present, along with a diamond-and-sapphire bracelet that matched her iconic engagement ring. The dress was previously sold at auction in July 1997 for £39,098 (nearly $53,00), though we’d expect the hammer to come down at even more than the six-figure estimates this time around. New

90 Day Fiance Stars Stir Up Drama in Hunt for Love Season 2 New

90 Day Fiance Stars Stir Up Drama in Hunt for Love Season 2

Some of 90 Day Fiancé’s most memorable — and unpredictable — stars are ready for a second chance at love. Us can exclusively confirm season 2 of 90 Day: Hunt for Love is coming back to TLC this October with more than a few familiar faces. “Puerto Rico is definitely bringing it with the sexiness, honey,” 90 Day: The Single Life’s Brittany shares in the first trailer as she prepares to explore eligible men and women. “I’m ready to meet these singles. Bring it on, baby.” With help from dating coaches — who will set up workshops, parties and dates — more than a few hopeless romantics may just walk away from the show with their new significant other. “My dating life is a little rusty,” 90 Day Fiancé alum and single dad Steven shares. “I don’t know how to flirt.” 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? alum and newly divorced bachelor Michael adds, “Help me find my true love. The one that has a big butt and big boobs. Amen.” According to TLC, the season plunges the singles into a whirlwind of romantic adventures, such as a vibrant Festival del Amor celebration filled with local music and dance to salsa lessons, casino nights and spontaneous street parties in La Parguera. Along the way, drama ensues when some singles may be fighting for the same person. “Emma pursued really the only person that I expressed interest in,” 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star Chloe shares before things get heated. “She’s just literally just being a hoe.” Drama, however, won’t stop Los Angeles native Emma from finding her man. The 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days alum says she wants love “so bad” and won’t be leaving Puerto Rico without it. “Mark my words,” she proclaims. “I will be leaving here with my future husband riding off into the sunset.” 90 Day: The Last Resort’s Kara and 90 Day: The Single Life’s Jamal are also two familiar faces who are hoping to build a connection in season 2. As feelings deepen during the process, the singles must decide whether the connections they've built in paradise are strong enough to survive in the real world. “I’m the singlest of singles,” Chloe shares. “I feel like if I can’t love in this setting, then I’m probably screwed.” 90 Day: Hunt for Love premieres on TLC Monday, October 5 at 8 p.m. ET with episodes available to stream next day on Discovery+.

Charlie Kirk's Legacy Sparks Division: What Really Happened? New

Charlie Kirk's Legacy Sparks Division: What Really Happened?

A year after Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at Utah Valley University, the movement he built has split into two camps, each claiming him as its own.Kirk, the 31-year-old co-founder of Turning Point USA, was killed on September 10, 2025, while speaking at a campus event in Orem, Utah. Tyler Robinson, then 22, was arrested after a 33-hour search and now faces the death penalty. In the year since, Kirk has been remembered by some as a martyr who died defending free speech and Christian values and invoked by others as a prophet whose warnings about foreign entanglements are being ignored. The mainstream, pro-Trump wing of the movement, led by Vice President JD Vance, Kirk's widow Erika Kirk and Turning Point USA, has elevated Kirk into a nearly sacred figure. President Donald Trump awarded Kirk the Presidential Medal of Freedom posthumously on October 14, 2025, calling him "a martyr for truth and freedom." At the 2026 State of the Union, Trump said Kirk "was violently murdered by an assassin and martyred for his beliefs."Erika Kirk, who took over as chief executive of Turning Point USA after her husband's death, has used similarly spiritual language. At the Fox Nation Patriot Awards on November 6, 2025, she warned of "spiritual warfare," saying her husband "never fled from the spiritual battle that's ahead" and that "that's how you know you're doing the Lord's work." At Turning Point's AmericaFest in December, she endorsed Vance for president in 2028, telling the crowd, "We are going to get my husband's friend, JD Vance, elected for 48 in the most resounding way possible."A different wing of the movement, made up of figures who have broken with Trump on foreign policy, has used Kirk's memory for a very different purpose: to argue that the administration has betrayed the "America First" doctrine Kirk championed. How a Stranded MAGA Has Used Charlie KirkThe United States joined Israeli strikes on Iran in June 2025, then launched a broader operation against Iran in late February 2026. Former GOP Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene reposted video of Kirk calling regime change in Iran "pathologically insane," a clip that drew millions of views. She wrote on social media that Trump administration officials were "sick liars," adding, "We voted for America First and ZERO wars."Greene resigned from Congress effective January 2026 and later said she feared being "assassinated like Charlie Kirk" had she stayed in office, tying her departure to what she described as a purge of "America First voices" who opposed the war.Tucker Carlson has made related claims, saying Kirk "did not like" Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and viewed him as "a very destructive force." Republican Texas Senator Ted Cruz pushed back, saying his "very last conversation" with Kirk was about "the rising, toxic wave of antisemitism on the right."...Steve Bannon, the former Trump strategist and host of the "War Room" podcast, made a similar case to Newsweek. "Forget what the Israel First crowd says, Charlie Kirk was adamantly opposed to a regime change war against Iran, adamantly opposed," Bannon said. While the White House has avoided commenting on whether Kirk would have supported or opposed the strikes, those who worked with him have largely agreed that he would have supported the president's actions.Andrew Kolvet, executive producer of The Charlie Kirk Show, said on a livestream Saturday that Kirk opposed regime change but was "a realist." Jack Posobiec, a pro-Trump commentator, offered a different read, saying Kirk's real focus was that young voters "are far more interested in domestic policy" than foreign conflict, adding, "we can't forget that in a midterm year."Newsweek reached out to Turning Point USA and the White House for comment Wednesday and is awaiting responses. The Veneration of Charlie KirkFormer Turning Point commentator Candace Owens has gone further than most in shaping Kirk's legacy, both politically and in more unusual ways. She has argued Kirk was moving toward a break with Israel before he died. She has also made claims about Kirk that verge on the supernatural. "Charlie and I spoke a lot about his third eye," Owens said on her podcast. "We spoke about the fact that we could both astral project."Erika Kirk has offered her own version of that kind of language. In an interview with Megyn Kelly, she described lights flickering in her home, which she took as a sign of her husband's presence. "Baby, I feel you, I know you're here," she recalled saying.Kirk's own record on foreign policy was more complicated than either camp acknowledges. He spent years warning against American intervention abroad and, in a June 17, 2025 broadcast, criticized Republican South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham over talk of regime change in Iran, saying it "creates a quagmire."...But he also supported Trump's strikes on Iranian nuclear sites days later, on June 22. Both the pro-Trump and dissident wings of the movement point to that same record and reach opposite conclusions. The veneration has taken concrete form as well. Arizona Representative Anna Paulina Luna has called for a statue of Kirk inside the U.S. Capitol. Arizona Representative Abe Hamadeh and Texas Representative August Pfluger introduced legislation directing the Treasury Department to mint 400,000 silver coins bearing Kirk's image. GOP Oklahoma State Senator Shane Jett introduced a bill requiring public universities in the state to erect statues of Kirk. Several states have advanced bills establishing a "Charlie Kirk Day" around his October 14 birthday. The debate over how Kirk's death should be remembered has also extended to college campuses, where free speech and political expression have become a central part of the discussion."The impact of Charlie Kirk’s assassination continues to negatively reverberate on campuses across the country. Rather than view the tragedy as a warning about the extreme results of partisanship and inability to dialogue peacefully, many college admins took it as an invitation to double down on censorship," FIRE Chief Researcher Sean Stevens said in a statement shared with Newsweek.Clashes From the Right, and the Anniversary AheadIn the days after Kirk's death, Luke Baumgartner, a researcher at George Washington University's Program on Extremism, told Newsweek that Kirk had occupied a specific role inside the movement. "He framed himself as a relatively accessible voice," Baumgartner said. "He was young, media-savvy, and focused on mobilization through public engagement and confrontation."Baumgartner predicted no successor would soften that role, and, a year later, his words were proven right.Erika Kirk runs Turning Point USA and has become the movement's most-visible mourner, but she has not taken on Kirk's role as its chief provocateur and dealmaker between factions. Vance, Owens, Carlson, Bannon and Greene each have their own followings, yet none has emerged as a clear replacement for Kirk. MAGA remains divided over Iran, Israel and what Kirk actually believed, with competing figures now vying for influence....Conspiracy theories about Kirk's death have also circulated, particularly among the dissident wing of the movement. Owens has suggested Kirk was shot "from below the stage" and that the assassin fled through tunnels, and she has raised the possibility of Israeli involvement in his death. Brian Harpole, who served as Kirk's security chief, sued Owens for defamation in May 2026 over comments tying him to the killing.Carlson has gone further, telling Bret Weinstein on a podcast in June 2026, "Charlie Kirk was not murdered for his opinions on transgenderism. Obviously. Those of us who knew him best and called him a friend believe he was most likely murdered for his evolving views on Israel." Federal officials, including FBI Director Kash Patel, have said Robinson acted alone. Carlson has also hosted guests, including former counterterrorism official Joe Kent, who have raised questions about possible Israeli involvement. Some of the sharpest criticism of this infighting has come from the right itself. At AmericaFest in December, conservative commentator Ben Shapiro accused Carlson, Owens, Kelly and Bannon of being "frauds and grifters" who "traffic in conspiracism and dishonesty." Owens responded on social media, "F*** you, Ben Shapiro." Bannon called Shapiro "a cancer."Turning Point USA is holding a memorial at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2026, one year after Kirk was killed there. 90 Day Fiancé Stars Stir Drama in 'Hunt for Love' Season 2 New

90 Day Fiancé Stars Stir Drama in 'Hunt for Love' Season 2

Jimmy Kimmel's Interview Snub Sparks FCC Controversy New

Jimmy Kimmel's Interview Snub Sparks FCC Controversy

Jimmy Kimmel claimed ABC has relegated his interview with Dem Texas Senate hopeful James Talarico to YouTube, opting not to air it on the TV due to threats from President Trump’s Federal Communications Commission. The late-night funnyman told his Wednesday night audience that the “unusual circumstances” were decided after the FCC “threatened our show, threatened our network, ABC, our affiliates, our local stations, based on simple, traditional, editorial decisions – guest bookings it would seem they don’t like.”Kimmel said for the entire 23 years “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” has been on television, he has been able to interview Americans running for office with no problem, just like late-night icons David Letterman, Jay Leno and Arsenio Hall did.Jimmy Kimmel (above) claimed ABC moved his James Talarico interview to YouTube amid FCC pressure. YouTube/Jimmy Kimmel Live“I interviewed Donald Trump when he was running for president in 2015, and at that time, when he was the one sitting next to me, he seemed to have no problem with the idea of talk show hosts interviewing candidates. In fact, he was very eager to come back for another interview, which he did just before he became the nominee in 2016,” Kimmel said.“But for some reason, and I can’t seem to figure out what that reason is, something has changed,” he added.ABC declined to comment. The FCC did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment. In February, Stephen Colbert – a Trump-hating comedian who was booted from CBS in May – similarly said the network’s lawyers had blocked his own interview with Talarico, accusing the FCC of trying to muzzle anti-Trump voices. It was posted on his show’s YouTube channel.ABC has been locked in a battle with the FCC for more than a year, most recently suing the agency in August for an alleged “retaliatory campaign” that sought to silence the network’s shows by threatening its local broadcast licenses.Last week, the FCC asked a federal court to dismiss the lawsuit, insisting that its early review of ABC’s licenses – including channels in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago – has nothing to do with the anti-Trump hosts of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” or “The View.”The fight dates back to March 2025, when FCC Chair Brendan Carr, a Trump appointee, launched a probe into whether ABC’s parent company Disney was still engaging in DEI practices that the Trump administration was trying to squash.Texas Senate hopeful James Talarico (above) also did a YouTube interview with Stephen Colbert this year. USA TODAY Network via Reuters ConnectThen in January, the FCC released new guidance arguing that entertainment talk shows should abide by the same “equal time” rules as broadcast news stations. That implies ABC shows like “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and “The View” – both of which frequently bash Trump – would be forced to offer equal airtime to all candidates running for political office.Tensions escalated in April, when Carr launched a renewal process of eight ABC licenses a year ahead of schedule, accusing the network of failing to comply with its DEI investigation. At the same time, Carr and Trump repeatedly called for ABC to fire Kimmel over remarks he made about the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, as well as a joke he made about First Lady Melania Trump looking like “an expectant widow” after two assasination attempts on the president. In September 2025, ABC briefly pulled Kimmel’s show off the air after he faced heated backlash for saying “the MAGA gang” was “desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them” to “score political points.”FCC Chair Brendan Carr (above) launched a review of ABC’s TV licenses a year early. Bloomberg via Getty ImagesTrump and Kimmel have repeatedly traded barbs over the past decade, with the president saying Kimmel has “zero talent” and poor ratings and is the worst late-night host on television. Kimmel didn’t hide his disdain for Trump on Wednesday, telling audience members that the network’s YouTube channel is a saving grace.“Thank goodness we have that, because in the America we live in right now, that is the best that we can do — until November, of course. Make sure you register to vote,” he said.
