Cu un conflict în proximitate, cu drone care ajung în România aproape în fiecare zi, în caz de stare de asediu, mobilizare sau război, serviciul militar devine obligatoriu pentru cetățenii români care îndeplinesc condițiile stabilite prin Legea nr. 446/2006. Cetățenii români care au împlinit vârsta de 18 ani pot face obiectul unor forme de serviciu militar. În cazul rezervei și al încorporării pentru serviciul militar activ în timp de război, limitele standard pentru bărbați sunt de regulă între 20 și 35 de ani (pentru militari în termen) sau până la 55–60 de ani pentru cadre militare în rezervă.Cine are obligația să meargă la război în caz de nevoie în România? Armata Română duce în prezent o lipsă acută de rezerviști pentru că persoanele care au făcut armata obligatorie nu mai pot fi combatante, în marea lor majoritate. Oglas Iako je sednica još u toku, glasanje o predlogu je završeno."Bilo je potrebno 22 glasa da bi predlog bio usvojen, a imali su 15. Od prisutnih je 11 bilo protiv i osam uzdržanih. Neki za koje smo mislili da će doći da glasaju, nisu se pojavili. Sad idemo da slavimo sa studentima jer ovo je pobeda Univerziteta", kaže za Nova.rs prof. Donald Trump’ s immediate response to 9/11 has resurfaced 25 years later. On September 11, 2001 , the US came to a standstill after al-Qaeda hijacked four passenger planes in an attack that killed 2,977 people. Two planes struck the Twin Towers of New York City's World Trade Center, while a third hit the Pentagon in Virginia. The fourth crashed into a field in Pennsylvania after passengers tried to fight back. Now, as the country prepares to mark 25 years since that day, comments Trump made just hours after the attacks have resurfaced, and one comment has shocked people online. 9/11 is regarded as the deadliest terrorist attack in modern history. Trump, who was working in New York at the time, appeared on WWOR/UPN 9 News in the immediate aftermath and described seeing a "huge explosion" after the passenger aircraft struck the World Trade Center. During the live interview, the then-businessman was asked whether security had been tightened at Trump Tower following the attack. "We've always had very strong security but there's very little you can do about planes crashing into a building," he replied. Trump then turned his attention to another of his properties, the 71-story 40 Wall Street, located just blocks from where the attacks happened. He explained that it "was the second-tallest building in downtown Manhattan, and it was actually, before the World Trade Center, was the tallest - and then, when they built the World Trade Center, it became known as the second-tallest. And now it’s the tallest." But, according to Forbes , Trump's claim was incorrect, as 70 Pine Street, just one block away, stood 25 feet taller than 40 Wall Street. Many people have revisited the interview nearly 25 years later and expressed shock that Trump discussed his building’s height so soon after the attacks. One user described his immediate response as "evil." Another person wrote on YouTube: "This interview is astonishing to hear." Trump, now the president, will not attend the ceremony in New York. The New York Times reported that the 80-year-old pulled out after his administration was informed of the existing policy that political figures cannot address the crowd. Without naming those claims, the White House responded : "As a proud New Yorker, President Trump has spoken about his own experiences watching the horrific events of September 11, 2001. "On the 25th anniversary of this tragic day, the President will remember those who were killed at the hands of evil terrorists, honor their loved ones, and pay tribute to the brave first responders who put their lives on the line to rescue their fellow Americans," they added. His office announced that he will sign two executive orders honoring victims, first responders, survivors, city workers, and families affected by the attacks. The first will set aside time on September 11 for a moment of silence honoring those killed and those who have suffered health consequences since. City agencies will also be encouraged to hold memorial ceremonies, educational programming, and other remembrance activities. "I am honored to establish the City’s first Day of Remembrance and Service on September 11th to remember those we lost on that horrific day and the first responders, families and city workers whose lives were irrevocably changed in the aftermath. Through this executive order, we are calling on New Yorkers to honor their memory through service and deep reflection," Mamdani said . The family of Celeste Rivas said they are in support of singer D4vd facing the death penalty as he prepares to stand trial accused of her murder. “If the death penalty were activated, it would be perfect for this kind of human being, devoid of feelings and emptiness inside, and without conscience, who only caused pain to our daughter, our family, and the world that supports our precious daughter,” Rivas’ family said in a Sunday, September 6, statement to The California Post, issued one day before what would have been Rivas’ 16th birthday. The statement added, “But that’s not in our hands, but rather in God’s, and the California justice system.” D4vd — real name David Anthony Burke — was arrested in April and charged with one count of murder in connection with Rivas’ death, as well as one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14 and one count of unlawful mutilation of human remains. The body of 14-year-old Rivas was found in the trunk of a Tesla registered to the singer in September 2025. During an arraignment hearing on August 31, D4vd pleaded not guilty to murder. At the time, the singer also changed his legal team, replacing high-profile celebrity lawyers Blair Berk, Marilyn Bednarski and Regina Peter with a public defender. “This morning, the court granted our request to withdraw as counsel and appoint the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office, after it was determined David qualified for appointed counsel,” Berk, Bednarski and Peter said in a statement, per Rolling Stone. “We continue to support David and his defense against these serious charges. We are grateful that the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office had taken over the representation and that David has a highly capable and committed team of attorneys and investigators behind him.” In its case against D4vd, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office alleged that the singer killed Rivas on April 23, 2025, one day after they had a “lengthy argument” over text messages. The prosecution alleged that D4vd stabbed Rivas to death in the garage of his Hollywood Hills home before using a chainsaw and other objects to dismember her body. Prosecutors argued that he “amputated her left ring and pinky fingers because her ring finger contained a tattoo of his name. Her fingers have not been recovered. Defendant then placed her head and torso into the cadaver bag he purchased. He placed her limbs into a garbage bag, which he deposited into his front trunk, laying the cadaver bag on top. For several weeks, or possibly months, defendant left the victim’s body to decompose inside his Tesla.” At the time of his April arrest, D4vd’s former legal team denied the singer was involved in Rivas’ death. “Let us be clear — the actual evidence in this case will show that David Burke did not murder Celeste Rivas Hernandez and he was not the cause of her death,” the singer’s attorneys told TMZ.

It was really horrifying,” they told Ynet.  “It was even harder because friends of ours were killed in the war and murdered at Nova. It was like a knife in the heart to hear him sing that way and hear people cheering.” Mark Treyger, CEO of the New York Jewish Coalition, noted that the incident comes at a time when antisemitic hate crimes are running rampant following the Oct. 7, 2023, terror attacks on Israel.To turn a major concert into a platform for “one-sided political messaging” only helps to divide people rather than address the issues at hand, Treyger warned. “Ed Sheeran and his team should heed these serious concerns,” he told The Post. “Artists with extraordinary platforms also have extraordinary opportunities to use their talents to heal, bring people together and lower the temperature rather than raise it.”  Macklemore has repeatedly slammed Israel for the casualties in Gaza while performing on stage. He first called the war “a genocide” while speaking at a pro-Palestinian rally in Washington in 2023, and later chanted “F–k America” during a similar rally in 2024 over then-President Joe Biden’s support of Israel. Israel has been accused of committing genocide in Gaza, where the war has claimed more than 73,000 lives inside the Palestinian enclave, according to the Hamas-run ministry of health, which does not differentiate between civilians and terrorists. Israel said it only tagets terrorists and makes efforts to warn civilians to get out of the area before an attack.The IAC called for not only Macklemore to be removed from Sheeran’s remaining tour dates, but for all venues to establish clear boundaries between entertainment and political performances.  “Jewish patrons should not be subjected to this propaganda,” the StopAntisemitism group wrote on X in response to Friday’s incident.“Fans deserve apologies and refunds. Unacceptable.”

One of Rob Reiner’s final acting projects before his death is being celebrated among TV’s biggest stars. During the 2026 Creative Arts Emmys on Sunday, September 5, Reiner was honored with a posthumous nomination for Guest Actor in a Comedy Series thanks to his turn as Albert Schnur in season 4 of FX’s The Bear. The late star won, with presenter Wendi McLendon-Covey accepting the award on his behalf as the audience rose to give him a standing ovation. "We all wish he was here," the actress, 56, said. Other actors nominated in the category included Michael J. Fox for Shrinking, Brett Goldstein for Shrinking, Hamish Linklater for Widow's Bay, Christopher McDonald for Hacks and Connor Storrie for hosting Saturday Night Live. During season 4 of The Bear, Reiner’s character, Albert Schnur, was a restaurant franchiser who mentored Ebraheim (played by Edwin Lee Gibson) on how to expand The Original Beef sandwich walk-up window. The episodes were released in June 2025. Rob and his wife, Michele Singer Reiner, were found dead in their Brentwood, California, home on December 14, 2025. The couple’s son Nick Reiner was later arrested and charged in connection with their murders and remains behind bars at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Downtown Los Angeles. Nick, 32, who has struggled with addiction and mental health issues over the years, has pleaded not guilty to all charges. The couple’s two other children, Jake, 35, and Romy, 28, continue to mourn the loss of their parents while also trying their best to move forward. “It’s been eight months. It feels like eight years at the same time, and it also feels like eight minutes,” Jake told KABC-TV’s Mark Cota-Robles in an interview shared August 27 on Good Morning America. “Every moment that I wake up, I’m reminded of my reality.” In a Substack essay published in April, Jake further shared the emotions he was feeling as he tried to cope with the death of both parents. “Nothing can prepare you for what it feels like to lose both parents instantly at the same time. It’s too devastating to comprehend,” Jake wrote at the time. “I still wake up every morning having to convince myself that, ‘No, it’s not a dream. This truly is my living nightmare.’ I can’t even begin to put myself in my parents’ shoes, but one thing I keep coming back to is how frightened they must have been.”  He continued, “They were the last people in the world to deserve what happened to them. They deserved to be loved, they deserved to be respected, and above all they deserved to be appreciated for how much they gave to all three of us and to the world.” The 2026 Primetime Emmys air on NBC Monday, September 14, at 8 p.m. ET.

Aquí te compartimos las recomendaciones de Protección Civil brindan para saber cómo actuar en caso de que se presente un sismo: Mantén la calma y buscar las zonas de seguridad del lugar donde estés; Aléjate de ventanas, espejos u otros objetos de cristal que puedan quebrarse; Guarda tu distancia de muebles pesados tales como libreros, vitrinas o gabinetes, ya que podrían caer: Aléjate de candelabros y otros colgantes que pudieran caer. En la calle, es importante estar lejos de cables y ramas de árboles, balcones o edificios con cristales; Ubica los muros de carga y columnas y trata de mantenerte junto a ellos; Si te encuentras en un edificio y no puedes salir, busca la zona de seguridad, evita las escaleras mientras tiembla, sino hasta que termine el movimiento. Tampoco uses los elevadores; Si hay una brigada de protección civil, debes seguir sus indicaciones; Si estás dentro de un automóvil, busca estacionarte lejos de postes, cables o puentes; Si te encuentras en el Metro, mantén la calma y sigue las instrucciones que ofrezca su personal. ¿Cuándo se activa la alerta sísmica?Hay veces en que a pesar del registro de varios sismos en México, la alerta sísmica no se activa en la capital del país, esto se debe a que la magnitud no lo amerita. El Sistema de Alerta Sísmica Mexicano (SASMEX) se encarga de analizar la distancia y la magnitud del movimiento telúrico antes activarla. De tal manera que la alerta sólo se activará con sismos de magnitud cercana a los 6 de magnitud. En casos así, si se trasmitirá por medio de los altavoces con los que cuentan las 16 alcaldías de la CDMX, según información de la Secretaría de Gestión Integral de Riesgos y Protección Civil de la CDMX.
