Ona je, podsetimo, avgusta 2025. godine optužila Krička, koji je tada bio komandant Jedinice za obezbeđenje posebnih ličnosti i objekata, za fizičko i seksualno zlostavljanje prilikom privođenja nakon protesta u Beogradu. Oglas Nikolina Sinđelić, studentkinja Fakulteta političkih nauka i žrtva policijskog nasilja, danas je simbol otpora i hrabrosti u borbi protiv sistema koji je pokušao da je ućutka i ponizi.Za Marka Krička, njenog zlostavljača, do danas nije bilo odgovornosti, sve dok nije saopšteno da je uhapšen, ali ne zbog njenog slučaja, nego zbog sumnje na zloupotrebu službenog položaja u slučaju ubistva Aleksandra Nešovića Baje na Senjaku.Nikolina za Nova.rs kaže da joj je drago što je napokon došlo do hapšenja jer, kako naglašava, postoji mnogo stvari koje je Kričak radio, a za šta nije odgovarao."Nadam da će sve ići svojim tokom, iako ja ne mogu još uvek da se radujem, jer nisam navikla da se u državi sve ovo dešava što se inače dešava prethodnih dana. Nadam se da će pravda stići i za sve žrtve tragedije jer njih ne smemo nikada da zaboravimo", kaže studentkinja Nikolina.Podsetimo, Marko Kričak je i tuženi i oštećeni u nekoliko postupaka koji se vode po različitim tužilaštvima i sudovima po Beogradu.Advokati Nikoline Sinđelić podneli su krivičnu prijavu krajem avgusta prošle godine protiv Krička, koga je studentkinja optužila da joj je pretio silovanjem. Istraga i dalje tapka u mestu, dok se Kričak, sve dok nije uhapšen, šetao i bio deo zvanične delegacije MUP Srbije prilikom poseta drugim zemljama.U međuvremenu je Marko Kričak tužio studentkinju i to početkom novembra prošle godine zbog povrede ugleda i časti. Iako je ta tužba podneta skoro tri meseca kasnije, postupak je već u toku.Nikolina je, podsetimo, u avgustu 2025. godine dospela u žižu javnosti nakon što je optužila policiju za brutalno fizičko i psihičko maltretiranje.Ona je privedena tokom protesta u Beogradu, nakon čega je iznela optužbe da su je pripadnici Jedinice za obezbeđenje određenih ličnosti i objekata (JZO) podvrgli torturi. Stefanović je naglasio da hapšenja nemaju nikakve veze sa izbornim procesima i rezultatima parlamentarnih izbora. S tim u vezi ukazujem da su po nalogu Posebnog odeljenja za suzbijanje korupcije Višeg javnog tužilaštva u Beogradu policijski službenici Službe za borbu protiv korupcije MUP RS uhapsili načelnika Uprave kriminalističke policije M.K. i načelnika Službe za suzbijanje kriminala B.S.M.K. i B.S. su lišeni slobode zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da su od 12. maja do 3. juna 2026. godine kao službena lica MUP RS prekoračenjem i iskorišćavanjem svog službenog položaja, te nevršenjem svoje službene dužnosti, naneli štetu i teže povredili prava oštećenog – bivšeg načelnika PU za grad Beograd V.M, tokom svog postupanja povodom izvršenja krivičnog dela Teško ubistvo na štetu A.N. 12. maja 2026. godine u restoranu „27“.Takođe, postoje osnovi sumnje da je načelnik UKP M.K. 16. maja 2026. godine sa drugim za sada NN policijskim službenicima u prostorijama UKP zlostavljao i mučio oštećenog N.L.Krivičnom prijavom načelniku UKP se na teret stavljaju krivično delo Zloupotreba službenog položaja iz člana 359 stav 1 Krivičnog zakonika i krivično delo Zlostavljanje i mučenje iz člana 137 Krivičnog zakonika, a načelniku SSK krivično delo Zloupotreba službenog položaja iz člana 359 stav 1 Krivičnog zakonika.Uhapšenim licima je po nalogu postupajućeg javnog tužioca određeno zadržavanje do 48 sati u kom roku će biti privedeni na saslušanje VJT u Beogradu“, rekao je glavni javni tužilac VJT u Beogradu.Detalji krivične prijave, sa opisom radnji osumnjičenih biće uskoro objavljeni na internet stranici VJT u Beogradu. Sivas Konfederasyonu'nun (SİVKON) Maltepe Etkinlik Alanı'nda düzenlediği 6. Sivas Kültür Günleri'nde, Genel Başkan Metin Yarım'ın konuşması sırasında kürsü önünde başlayan tartışma kavgaya dönüştü. Katılımcıların müdahalesiyle kavga sona erdi.Halk oyunları gösterisiyle başlayan etkinliğe CHP İstanbul İl Başkanı Mehmet Ali Yüksel, YENİ Parti İstanbul İl Başkanı Özgür Çelik, İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi (İBB) Başkan Vekili Nuri Aslan, Kadıköy Belediye Başkanı Mesut Kösedağı, Maltepe Belediye Başkanı Esin Köymen ve vatandaşlar katıldı. İBB Başkan Vekili Nuri Aslan'ın da yaşanan karmaşa üzerine alandan ayrıldığı görüldü.ÇELİK'TEN “SİYASİ NEZAKETSİZLİK” TEPKİSİGerginliğin yatışmasının ardından kürsüye çağrılan Özgür Çelik, geçmişte köy dernek başkanlığı ve federasyon başkan vekilliği yaptığını anlattı. Sivil toplum kuruluşlarının etkinliklerinde siyasi düşünceleri bir kenara bırakarak birlik ve beraberlik üzerine konuştuklarını söyledi.Çelik, SİVKON'un daha önce etkinlik alanıyla ilgili yaşadığı sorunların çözümüne katkı sunduğunu, bu yıl da benzer tıkanıklıkların giderilmesi için devreye girdiğini belirtti. Konfederasyon başkanının teşekkür konuşması sırasında üzerine yürünmesini “siyasi nezaketsizlik” olarak nitelendirdi.Sivaslıların İstanbul'daki temsiline de değinen Çelik, kendi il başkanlığı döneminde Utku Caner Çaykara, İnan Güney ve Mesut Kösedağı'nın belediye başkanı adayı olmasına öncülük ettiklerini söyledi. Nuri Aslan'ın da Sivaslı olduğunu belirterek etkinlik alanının tahsisi için kendisine teşekkür etti.“GELİN BU YANLIŞTAN DÖNELİM”Çelik, İstanbul'daki Sivas tanıtım günlerinin üç yıldır iki ayrı yerde ve farklı zamanlarda düzenlendiğini söyledi. Bu ayrışmanın, sahnenin arkasında İBB logosu ile Ekrem İmamoğlu'nun adının bulunmasından kaynaklandığını savundu.Sivil toplum kuruluşları ve siyasetçilere seslenen Çelik, “Gelin bu yanlıştan dönelim önümüzdeki yıl Sivas Tanıtım Günleri'ni Sivas'ın bütün sivil toplum kuruluşları, bütün Sivaslı siyasetçiler hep bir arada gerçekleştirelim diyorum” ifadelerini kullandı.Sivas'ın Milli Mücadele ve Cumhuriyet'in şehri olduğunu vurgulayan Çelik, “Sivas Pir Sultan Abdal'ın deyişlerinde haksızlığa karşı yürekten itirazın, adalet arayışının sesidir. Do të jetë dita e pestë rresht e protestave.E të dielën bëhen një javë prej vrasjes së 49-vjeçares nga ish-kunati i saj. “Të dielën shihemi prapë te sheshi Zahir Pajaziti në ora 17:00. Nesër bëhen shtatë ditë nga dita kur Arlinda Zekaj u vra e pesë ditë që ne jemi në rrugë duke kërkuar drejtësi për të e për çdo grua të vrarë. Pesë ditë që me ngulm kërkojmë siguri dhe liri për çdo grua të gjallë. Kërkesat tona janë të qarta por shteti vazhdon të refuzojë të na dëgjojë. Ne nuk zmbrapsemi dhe çdo ditë që çel do të na gjejë në sheshe e përballë institucioneve që e dështuan Arlindën e po vazhdojnë ta dështojnë çdo çikë e gru në Kosovë. Këtë të diel mos rrini në shtëpi, dilni e bashkohuni në protestë. Le ta çojmë amanetin e Arlindës në vend”, thuhet në thirrjen e Kolektivit për protestë.
