My son was really attached to the dog."AdvertShe added: "They had matching clothes. Like matching hoodies that they would wear. She hardly walked anywhere cause he carried her everywhere."Vets recommended putting down Cha Cha due to poor health (FOX 5 Atlanta/YouTube)When Cha Cha became sick, they took her to the vets, where Belote claims they were given the news that tragically, there was nothing that the vets could do to help the dog.The family had believed that Cha Cha had died, until months later when Belote was scrolling through Facebook, and claims that she saw a picture of a dog that she knew was Cha Cha."I knew scrolling like that's my dog," she said, before discovering that the person who appeared to have Cha Cha is an employee at the vets where they had taken the dog.Belote claims that the partner of the employee has confirmed to her that they have Cha Cha, but she says Senoia Animal Hospital Coweta County denies that its employee took Cha Cha after Belote and her family believed that the dog had been put down."They have a lawyer," said Ms Belote, "they won't talk about it."She also claims that despite being told there was nothing to be done for Cha Cha, the employee's partner said that the dog was doing better.Rebecca Belote says vets lied to her about euthanising her pug (WSB-TGV)Belote claims that the hospital has since put down Cha Cha, and is concerned that this happened despite the claims that Cha Cha's condition had improved."The fact that they put a healthy dog down. "Voi non avete una siringa che lo faccia dormire?". "Per me può essere pure schiattato guarda". Si sentono le frasi e i momenti concitanti durante il fermo di Abderrahim Fakir, morto dopo essere stato schiacciato a terra da due poliziotti a Bologna quest'estate. Nella relazione di consulenza tecnica medico-legale sono state trascritte tutte le parole e le frasi registrate dalla Bodycam indossata da Matteo De Vergori, uno dei due poliziotti intervenuti 19 luglio in via Svevo al Pilastro di Bologna. Nessuno dei due, così come i soccorritori del 118, risultano indagati perché è stata attivato il recente decreto sicurezza e per questo sono stati solo inserito registro delle annotazioni preliminari. Stando a quanto sostenuto dal medico legale durante l'esame dell'autopsia, Fakir è stato immobilizzato a terra per 6 minuti e 27 secondi: sarebbe stato schiacciato a terra ed è morto per insufficienza respiratoria acuta provocata da tre concause, cioè da tre circostanze insieme, e una di queste sarebbe lo schiacciamento meccanico messo in atto dagli agenti. Nel corpo della vittima era stato trovato una presenza di cocaina. Si sente di tutto nelle intercettazioni. Leggendo le carte si capisce che c'è anche una discussione tra due poliziotti che non si erano capiti come intervenire nell'ammanettamento, si sentono testimoni sul posto che si sono intromesse nel fermo e i sanitari del 118 presenti anche loro sul posto. Si sente di tutto mentre Fakir continua a gridare "aiuto", "aiuto". Sono le sue ultime parole prima di morire. Si legge che qualcuno avrebbe chiesto ai due poliziotti riferendosi alla vittima: "Sta respirando?". De Vergori avrebbe tranquillizzato i presenti dicendo: "Si si sta respirando". A questo punto è un soccorritore dell'ambulanza ad avvicinarsi e a vedere se Fakir respira. Intanto tra le voci di sottofondo si sentirebbe l'altro poliziotto Buchignani chiedere al collega se Fakir lo avesse morso così da far intervenire anche per lui i sanitari del 118. E allora De Vergori risponde: "Sulla gamba mi ha morso". Però nello stesso momento i soccorritori si accorgono che Fakir è già incosciente. A questo punto il poliziotto Buchignani dice: "È schiattato ah". E il collega: "C***o me ne frega a me". Per poi aggiungere rivolto a Buchignani: "Però la prossima volta ti.. poi ti spiego per bene come si fa, perché così ci facciamo male". Riferendosi alla discussione avete tra i due per come ammanettarlo. I due continuano così a discutere mentre nel frattempo i sanitari non rilevano più il battuto cardiaco in Fakir. Un soccorritore comunica via radio: "Paziente in arresto cardiaco iniziamo la rianimazione". Da qui in poi i soccorritori tentano per diversi minuti a rianimarlo. Intanto si sente De Vergori dire: "Se schiatta ci divertiamo". E lo ripete due volte.

Hace pocas horas se conoció el hallazgo de un cuerpo sin vida en aguas del Canal del Dique, a la altura de Soplaviento y Mahates, en Bolívar. Era un hombre y vestía suéter y bermuda de color negro. Testigos en el lugar aseguraron que el hoy occiso tenía una herida profunda hecha con un arma cortopunzante, supuestamente. No tenía documentos y no había forma de identificarlo al instante por lo que alertaron a las autoridades para dicha función; sin embargo, antes de cualquier análisis forenses varias personas aseguraron saber quién era el joven sin vida. Afirmaron que se trataba de un joven de San Lucía, Atlántico que estaba desaparecido desde el pasado domingo 25 de octubre. Los familiares de esta persona fueron informados y solo les bastaron algunas imágenes para confirmar que era su ser querido: José Enrique Pino Mercado, de quien no tenían información desde la tarde del domingo cuando salió de su vivienda, a eso de las 6 p. m., con destino a Mahates, Bolívar, según contaron. Añadieron que José les contó que iría a conocerse con una mujer y aseguró que no demoraría mucho. Tras pasar las horas y no tener más contacto con él, comenzaron a llamarlo, percatándose que el teléfono estaba apagado por lo que se alarmaron y decidieron denunciar a las autoridades la desaparición. Las autoridades se encuentran investigando los móviles y tratando de determinar qué está detrás de este homicidio. Los familiares de José pidieron celeridad en la investigación, asegurando que el joven era una persona sana, tranquila y amable que no merecía una muerte tan violenta. PSD îi cere ministrului Finanțelor, Alexandru Nazare, să prezinte public situația financiară lăsată de fostul Guvern, inclusiv obligațiile de plată rămase neachitate, potrivit surselor Digi24. Social-democrații condiționează susținerea rectificării bugetare de prezentarea acestor date și estimează că necesarul total de fonduri pentru acoperirea facturilor restante și a altor cheltuieli ar ajunge la aproximativ 40 de miliarde de lei.Social-democrații solicită cifre concrete privind obligațiile de plată rămase de la fostul Executiv și susțin că nu vor fi de acord cu rectificarea bugetară dacă ministrul Finanțelor nu le prezintă public.Condiția este formulată în contextul în care PSD a susținut în repetate rânduri că este nevoie de un Guvern cu puteri depline pentru a putea face rectificarea bugetară.În calculele PSD intră aproximativ 15 miliarde de lei reprezentând facturi care ar fi rămas neachitate la Ministerul Dezvoltării, pentru lucrări locale, inclusiv de apă și canalizare, precum și pentru lucrări finanțate prin PNRR.Alte aproximativ 5 miliarde de lei ar reprezenta sume nedecontate pentru concedii medicale.La acestea s-ar adăuga un necesar de finanțare estimat între 10 și 12 miliarde de lei pentru ministere și instituții care nu ar avea suficiente fonduri pentru a-și acoperi cheltuielile până la sfârșitul anului.Potrivit acelorași surse, social-democrații susțin că aceste lipsuri ar fi apărut deoarece Executivul ar fi alocat inițial sume mai mici decât cele solicitate de conducerile instituțiilor.În estimarea totală de aproximativ 40 de miliarde de lei, PSD include și restanțe privind drepturile salariale câștigate de magistrați în instanță, precum și sume aferente compensărilor în energie. L'allarme e le conseguenti indagini sono scattati a seguito delle indiscrezioni diffuse dalla testata argentina Infobae, secondo cui il candidato sconfitto da Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva avrebbe pianificato la fuga varcando il confine con l'Argentina. Sfruttando gli accordi commerciali del Mercosur, il passaggio tra i due Stati è consentito tramite la sola esibizione della carta d'identità, bypassando la necessità di un passaporto. Una volta nel Paese vicino, il piano avrebbe previsto l'imbarco su un jet privato destinazione USA.
