Oglas Glumica i pevačica Snežana Savić nedavno je bila jedna od poznatih ličnosti koje su podržale predizbornu kampanju Srpske napredne stranke i njihovog kandidata za premijera, Aleksandra Vučića.Glumica je tom prilikom govorila o svojoj pesmi "Tri poljupca za sreću", koja se redovno čuje na svim studentskim skupovima i postala je simbol bunta i borbe protiv aktuelne vlasti."Pesma pripada svima, meni je drago što je pevaju. Ali, ja bih volela da nas ta pesma ujedini, da budemo složni i da ne dozvolimo da nam drugi prave planove za budućnost. Zaista glasam za Aleksandra Vučića, velikog državnika, požrtvovanog i posvećenog borca za svoj narod i Srbiju. Veliki sam njegov pristalica i došla sam danas da ga podržim", rekla je Snežana.Nedavno je ponovo delila prostor sa Vučićem, ali ovog puta u studiju emisije Sanje Marinković. Osim njih dvoje, gosti "Magazin In-a" bile su i pevačice Zorica Brunclik, Jelena Karleuša i Nadežda Biljić.Snežana je ovde govorila o akutelnoj političkoj situaciji u zemlji, te pozvala na dijalog. To su tuga, trpnja, mazohizam i inat. Volela bih da jednom budemo razumni i da ne budemo zli, jer mi smo u suštini dobar narod. Ne priliči nam da se drugi raduju našoj neslozi. Non c'è stato purtroppo niente da fare per Anna Mellano. L'atleta della squadra del Basket Venaria è morta a soli 17 anni a causa di una grave malattia che non le ha lasciato scampo. La notizia è stata confermata dai canali ufficiali della Federazione Italiana Pallacanestro che ha diramato un sofferto comunicato per annunciare il lutto. Tutta la pallacanestro azzurra non può che stringersi intorno alla famiglia di una ragazza che nutriva una passione infinita per lo sport e aveva mostrato di avere tutte le carte in regola per potersi affermare sul parquet. E invece ecco quel maledetto "male ingiusto" contro il quale, si legge nella nota, "Anna ha lottato con la stessa determinazione che ha sempre dimostrato sul parquet". Un vuoto incolmabile quello lasciato da questa ragazza che si era messa in mostra sin dalla giovanissima età con la Nazionale Under 15 in occasione del Torneo dell'Amicizia disputato a Varese. Proprio per questo gli addetti ai lavori seguivano i suoi progressi con la speranza che Anna potesse sfondare in quel basket che era la sua vita. Doti atletiche e fisiche importanti e atteggiamento impeccabile per questa ragazza solare e sempre sorridente. Quando sembrava essere arrivato il momento di spiccare definitivamente il volo però ecco la tremenda svolta. Nel 2024 la diagnosi della leucemia e la necessità di fermarsi e lasciare l'attività agonistica per dedicarsi alle cure, sempre circondata dall'affetto delle sue compagne e del team. Purtroppo però dopo due anni ecco la notizia che nessuno avrebbe voluto leggere. Il presidente della FIP Petrucci e tutto il panorama cestistico italiano si stringono intorno ai genitori Danilo e Marta e ovviamente al Basket Venaria. Una giornata assolutamente nera per il basket e lo sport italiano che hanno perso in poche ore Anna Mellano e prima Maurizio Cremonini. Un infarto ha portato via a 70 anni una vera e propria colonna della pallacanestro che con la sua attività ha contribuito a formare intere generazione di giovani cestisti.

Ekkasit A Siam – stock.adobe.com“Kids and tweens are developing lifelong contact allergies to things like fragrances, which will impact their use of personal care products for the rest of their lives,” Dr. Sandy Skotnicki, author of “Beyond Soap” and co-host of “Skin to It” podcast, told The Post.The culprit? Too many ingredients that overwhelm teenage skin, including exfoliants like AHA and retinol, which can can compromise the skin barrier.“Then [they’re] exposing this compromised skin barrier to another 10 products each having 30+ ingredients,” she said. The math? 300+ ingredients the skin must deal with over a compromised skin barrier.“I had a teen ask me during an acne consult if she could still use her niacinamide, retinol, eye bamboo masks and skin primer under her foundation — she was 15,” Skotnicki added.In fact, teens who are exposed to multiple ingredients from their skin care regimens are more likely to experience irritation and allergic contact dermatitis, according to a study published in the journal Pediatrics looking at the skin care routines of teenagers on TikTok.Many young people may pile on the products, thinking it will help their skin. But too many ingredients overwhelm the skin barrier for anyone — but especially teens and tweens, who have more delicate, sensitive skin.“The skin barrier has a job to do — keep moisture in and irritants out,” Skotnicki said. “When you bombard it with too many ingredients, you break it down — and once it’s compromised, you open the door to redness, burning, itching, breakouts, even long-term sensitivity.”Too many ingredients can cause irritation and contact dermatitis Angelina – stock.adobe.comEffects that are more than skin deepNot only can too many skin care products lead to immediate inflammation, but the effects can go much deeper, especially if the skin barrier is already compromised.“Some of the 300 ingredients you put on your skin every day can pass through to the deeper layers of the skin,” said Skotnicki. “You can sensitize yourself and then are forever allergic to that ingredient.”While attention should be paid to all the ingredients listed, Skotnicki recommends keeping an eye out for one particular item.“The No. 1 culprit is fragrance in all forms — natural, synthetic and those in essential oils,” she said. “Once allergic, you can react to many fragrances not just on the skin but in the air. It is life changing.”Skotnicki says a simple skin care routine with fewer products is best for teenage skin. Courtesy of Dr. Sandy SkotnickiIt’s also important to note how each of the products work to help — or hurt — skin, especially for those of a younger age.“It’s useful to think of the skin barrier like a brick wall,” Skotnicki explained. “The bricks are the skin cells and the mortar are the natural lipids — water, detergent or cleansing, [and] exfoliation decrease the mortar and make the skin barrier ‘leaky’ or compromised.”Keep skin care fun and simpleIt’s not new for teens to go overboard with skin care products. But Skotnicki has some advice when she gets pushback from young beauty junkies.“Keep your basics simple,” she tells them. “Then add a few products to have fun with. Try them on at a time over a full week to make sure they play nice with your other products. Also consider cycling them.”Pared down and simple skin care routines are best, she added, especially for teens and tweens.“All you need is a basic cleanser, sunscreen and a moisturizer,” she advised. “If you poll most dermatologists, that’s all they use.”It can be tempting to keep adding new products to the lineup — and Skotnicki doesn’t want to discourage teens from having fun or trying out new items.“The layering and use of eye masks, etc., is about self care,” she said. “Ten steps in the shower — I think this was called ‘the everything shower’ on TikTok — is not overly helpful for the skin, but amazing for your mental health.”

733 pedagogë kërkojnë dorëheqjen e Edi Ramës dhe krijimin e një qeverie kujdestareVAZHDO LEXIMIN ME POSHTE!Një grup prej 733 pedagogësh ka nënshkruar deri më tani një deklaratë publike, përmes së cilës kërkohet dorëheqja e kryeministrit Edi Rama, krijimi i një qeverie kujdestare dhe ndërprerja e dhunës së pretenduar ndaj studentëve gjatë protestave në Shqipëri.Nisma është ndërmarrë nga Forumi për Dialog Politik dhe përmban pesë kërkesa kryesore, të cilat synojnë, sipas firmëtarëve, zgjidhjen e krizës së krijuar dhe rikthimin e qetësisë në vend.Në dokumentin e publikuar, pedagogët shprehin shqetësim të thellë për zhvillimet e fundit, duke theksuar se mënyra se si janë trajtuar studentët gjatë protestave ka ngritur pikëpyetje serioze mbi respektimin e të drejtave themelore.Deklarata ka marrë mbështetjen e qindra përfaqësuesve të botës akademike, mes të cilëve gjenden emra të njohur të universiteteve shqiptare dhe personalitete të angazhuara në jetën publike.Në mesin e nënshkruesve janë akademiku Stefan Çapaliku, Fatos Tarifa, Zyhdi Teqja, Andri Koxhaj, Petraq Milo, Gjok Vuksani, Fatos Qerimaj dhe Gentian Stroni.Listës i bashkohen gjithashtu Enkeleda Olldashi, Kozeta Bakiu, Suzana Guxholli, Areti Stringa, Voltana Ademi, Enida Bozhegu dhe Lutfi Dervishi.Pjesë e kësaj nisme janë edhe akademiku Ardian Ndreca dhe Arbër Rendi, anëtar i Senatit Akademik, së bashku me shumë pedagogë të tjerë që kanë vendosur të mbështesin thirrjen publike.Firmëtarët deklarojnë se janë thellësisht të shqetësuar nga ajo që e përshkruajnë si përdorim të pajustifikuar të forcës ndaj studentëve, duke e konsideruar situatën një çështje që kërkon reagim të menjëhershëm institucional.Sipas tyre, ngjarjet e regjistruara gjatë demonstratave nuk mund të trajtohen vetëm si probleme të rendit publik, pasi ato lidhen drejtpërdrejt edhe me respektimin e lirive dhe të drejtave të qytetarëve.Në pikën e parë të dokumentit, pedagogët i drejtohen kryeministrit Edi Rama me kërkesën që të marrë seriozisht shqetësimet dhe kërkesat e studentëve, duke ndërmarrë hapa konkretë për uljen e tensioneve.Ata kërkojnë që Rama të largohet nga drejtimi i qeverisë, duke argumentuar se dorëheqja e tij do të krijonte mundësinë për një zgjidhje politike dhe institucionale të situatës.Njëkohësisht, nënshkruesit propozojnë formimin e një qeverie kujdestare, e cila do të kishte për detyrë administrimin e vendit gjatë periudhës së tranzicionit dhe garantimin e funksionimit të institucioneve.Sipas deklaratës, një strukturë e tillë qeverisëse duhet të kontribuojë në stabilitetin institucional, qetësimin e klimës shoqërore dhe respektimin e vullnetit të qytetarëve.Pika e dytë e dokumentit përqendrohet te Policia e Shtetit dhe institucionet e tjera përgjegjëse për sigurinë, të cilave u kërkohet të shmangin çdo veprim të dhunshëm ndaj pjesëmarrësve në protesta.Pedagogët u bëjnë thirrje efektivëve që të mos zbatojnë urdhra që ata i konsiderojnë të paligjshëm, duke theksuar rëndësinë e përgjegjësisë individuale dhe respektimit të ligjit gjatë ushtrimit të detyrës.Në pikën e tretë, kërkesa u drejtohet përfaqësive diplomatike të akredituara në Tiranë, të cilave u kërkohet të reagojnë publikisht dhe të angazhohen në mbështetje të respektimit të të drejtave të qytetarëve.Një pjesë tjetër e deklaratës u kushtohet vetë protestuesve, të cilëve u bëhet thirrje të tregojnë kujdes për mbrojtjen e bizneseve, institucioneve dhe pronës publike e private gjatë demonstratave.Sipas firmëtarëve, shmangia e dëmeve materiale dhe e veprimeve të dhunshme do të ndihmonte në ruajtjen e karakterit të protestës dhe do të pengonte përdorimin e incidenteve si argument për ndërhyrje të ashpra policore.Në pikën e pestë, pedagogët u drejtohen qytetarëve të Tiranës, duke i ftuar që të solidarizohen me studentët dhe t’u bashkohen protestave, njësoj si gjatë lëvizjeve studentore të vitit 1991.Në përfundim të deklaratës, firmëtarët theksojnë se, ndonëse pedagogët udhëheqin studentët në auditorët universitarë, në këtë moment janë studentët ata që po marrin rolin udhëheqës në shesh. Ata u bëjnë thirrje qytetarëve të bashkohen për t’i mbrojtur studentët nga dhuna dhe për të mbështetur kërkesat e tyre. PV: 357
