Cardi B always comes through drippin’.

The rapper revealed the first photos of her baby with Stefon Diggs to celebrate his first birthday, revealing that her fourth child is named Grey.

And Cardi wore the icy color from head to toe to mark the moment, donning a silver wig, a heather gray tank top and jewels galore.

The “WAP” singer flashed a staggering stack of diamond bracelets by famed jeweler Elliot Eliantte, each customized with one of her kids’ name. She layered them with two diamond tennis bracelets for good measure.

Around her neck was a trio of blinged-out necklaces including a matching “Grey” collar, a tennis choker and a lariat-style necklace featuring massive emerald-cut diamonds and pavé halos.

On her fingers — with nails painted gray, of course — were two massive pear-shaped diamond rings, and she also sported a frosted Audemars Pigeut Royal Oak watch.

To top things off, Cardi held up an Hermès Kelly Cut purse in gray crocodile hide, which goes for $70,000 on the resale market.

The former reality star has previously used Eliantte bling to announce her baby names; in 2024, she let daughter Blossom’s name slip with the very same sparkly piece.

“Happy 1st birthday to Grey M.D🩶🩶🩶!! It’s only been 1 year since meeting you but it feels like I’ve had you at my side forever,” Cardi wrote on Instagram, sharing adorable snaps of the tot decked out in diamond earrings and chain necklaces.

“I carried you through one of the most uncertain high pressured times of my life but having you inside of me through it all gave me a extra strength . I was growing you inside of me and at the same time you were giving me life!,” she wrote, adding, “You gave a new meaning to what a Grey day feels like. You light up my life and every room with your smile your laugh and your precious spirit.”

Cardi also shares three children — Kulture, 8, Wave, 5, and Blossom, 2 — with ex-husband Offset.

She announced she was pregnant with Diggs’ baby in Sept 2025 after just a few months together. They had a “complicated” breakup in February 2026, followed by a short reconciliation.
