Cardi B revealed via Instagram on Wednesday that her fourth child, her first with ex Stefon Diggs, is named Grey.

“Happy 1st birthday to Grey M.D!!” the rapper, 34, gushed. “It’s only been 1 year since meeting you but it feels like I’ve had you at my side forever. I carried you through one of the most uncertain high pressured times of my life but having you inside of me through it all gave me a extra strength.”

She continued, “I was growing you inside of me and at the same time you were giving me life! You gave a new meaning to what a Grey day feels like. You light up my life and every room with your smile your laugh and your precious spirit.”

The social media upload included photos of the toddler sitting on a bed in a baseball cap, wearing a doctor Halloween costume and more.

Cardi told her followers in November 2025 that the little one had arrived — but did not divulge any further details.

“I brought … a new baby into the world,” she wrote at the time. “One more reason to be the best version of me.”

The Grammy winner also referred to her new arrival as “one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve.”

While she did not reference the infant’s sex in the upload, she did so on her Story, writing, “I just had a boy.”

Diggs shared this news days prior in a conversation with People — and gave his stamp of approval.

“That’s enough for me,” the NFL player, 32, told the outlet. “I can’t wait to make him do push-ups and sit-ups and run around.”

The athlete was first linked to Cardi in February 2025, but they have since split — despite reuniting earlier this year and making headlines for a coffee shop clash.

Diggs, notably, became a father in 2016 when he welcomed daughter Nova.

The wide receiver, additionally, was confirmed as the father of a young daughter named Charliee after the newborn’s mom, Aileen Lopera, filed a paternity suit.

He also allegedly welcomed a son with K’yanna Barber in 2025, as well as a daughter with Cayy Benji, also born sometime in 2025.

Cardi, for her part, gave birth to two children — daughter Kulture, 7, and son Wave, 4 — before splitting from her estranged husband, Offset.

The songwriter was pregnant when she filed for divorce in July 2024, and the duo welcomed daughter Blossom, now 1, two months later.

Cardi called out her ex for allegedly being an absent father in May of the following year, claiming he had only met their youngest child “only five times.”

The “Hustlers” star went on to claim via X that she had been “left with the kids’ bills … for a year straight.”

She and Offset, who got married in September 2017, have yet to finalize their divorce.
