Britney Spears' Emotional Birthday Message to Her Sons Has Everyone Talking
Britney Spears expressed her hopes to be the “best mommy” she can be as she celebrated her sons’ birthdays.
The mom of two took to Instagram over the weekend to pen heartwarming tributes to Sean Preston, whose 21st birthday is on Monday, and Jayden James, who turned 20 on Saturday.
Dedicating a post to her youngest son, she wrote, “Happy birthday to my handsome young boy oh dear lord we have this beautiful thing called life in front of us.”
“It’s such a beautiful delicate thing,” Spears, 44, added. “I hope I can be the best mommy in the world every day of ur life!!!!”
The Grammy winner included a photo of Jayden during a photoshoot and another of him as a child.
In a separate post, she shared an adorable throwback photo of herself with Jayden and Preston as toddlers.
“Happy early B-day to u as well,” Spears wrote in a tribute to Preston.
“Please stop working out so much because your muscles r starting to scare me … JK! Well 🤦♀️🤔. I’m so proud of the young man you have become.”
Additionally, Spears shared two separate photos of her sons with the same caption that reads, “happy b day baby !”
The “Toxic” songstress shares Jayden and Preston with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, whom she was married to from 2004 to 2007.
Spears and her sons mended their once-estranged relationship back in March after the pop icon was arrested on DUI charges.
An insider told Page Six in April that Preston and Jayden helped their famous mother get back on her feet and into treatment.
“It’s just been really great for them to spend all of this time with their mom,” our insider shared.
“Britney loves them both equally. They are her whole world,” the source continued, referring to the trio’s quality time as “an absolute gift” and “the biggest joy” for Spears.
Since then, the “Gimme More” singer has flaunted her blossoming relationship with her sons via Instagram.
Spears has also gushed over Preston and Jayden’s newfound career as models after the duo made their Paris Fashion Week debut in July.
