Travis Kelce's Mysterious Boys' Night Sparks Wedding Speculation
Travis Kelce had a boys’ night in West Hollywood while guests gathered at his fiancée Taylor Swift's Rhode Island home ahead of their wedding.
Travis, 36, hung out with his brother, Jason Kelce, and some famous friends — including former Kansas City Chiefs teammate Ross Travis and comedian Druski — at invite-only hotspot Bird Streets Club on Wednesday, June 17, per Page Six.
The Chiefs tight end — who wore a blue patterned polo shirt — ducked out of an SUV and entered the venue at around 8:30 p.m. local time for what the outlet described as a “potential bachelor celebration.” The guys reportedly partied for a few hours, with the Kelce brothers the last to leave at around 12:30 a.m.
The Bird Streets Club is located on Hollywood’s Sunset Strip and features multiple floors of private dining as well as rooftop terraces. The club’s celebrity clientele includes Kendall Jenner, Justin and Hailey Bieber, Leonardo DiCaprio and Shakira, according to Travel Curator.
Meanwhile, the outlet reported that a small group of women were spotted arriving at Swift’s oceanfront mansion in the Watch Hill section of Westerly, Rhode Island, this week. Among the apparent guests were Swift’s close friend Abigail Anderson Berard and her toddler, while others were seen on a rooftop balcony at the residence.
Travis was in Los Angeles this week to host a special live edition of his “New Heights” podcast with brother Jason at the Orpheum Theatre on Monday. The event featured several references to Travis and Swift’s relationship, including the unveiling of a romantic movie poster and even tongue-in-cheek footage of the “I Knew It, I Knew You” singer feeding her fiancé.
Swift, 36, and Travis are expected to tie the knot this summer, though the exact location and date have yet to be confirmed. One popular theory is that the couple will exchange vows at Madison Square Garden in New York City over the July 4 holiday weekend.
New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani fueled speculation that wedding festivities will take place somewhere in the city during a press conference on Monday, June 15. Mamdani, 34, specifically referenced the World Cup and Swift’s impending nuptials when discussing security concerns.
“I am fully confident in the work of the NYPD, as well as our state partners, in delivering that safe experience,” he told reporters. “We are the biggest city in the country. We are used to big events, and we are incredibly excited for the [World Cup].”
Mamdani went on, “We know it coincides with the Knicks’ [NBA] Finals run. We know it coincides with July 4, America 250, Taylor Swift’s wedding — all happening at the same time — and we are so excited to welcome the world here.”
Asked directly if he’d made the guest list for Swift and Kelce’s wedding, Mamdani clarified, “No and no. I wish them a lovely wedding. I’ll listen to ‘Only the Young’ at home on my own.”
