Former Housekeeper Sues Kylie Jenner Over Shocking Staff Allegations

Share Post

Kylie Jenner is facing a lawsuit from her former housekeeper, Angelica Vasquez, who alleges discrimination based on religion and national origin. The lawsuit claims these incidents occurred at Jenner's residences in California.

Allegations of Mistreatment

Vasquez began working for Jenner in September 2024 and was later moved to the Hidden Hills residence. She reported being treated with hostility and exclusion by head housekeeper Patsy and another staff member named Elsi.

The lawsuit states that Vasquez, who is Salvadoran and Catholic, was given the most undesirable tasks, belittled publicly due to her race and religion, and experienced intimidation.

Specific Incidents

The documents allege that Patsy questioned Vasquez's presence, forced her to wait with security, and made her feel unwelcome. Additionally, Vasquez claims her accent was mocked, and she had to perform tasks meant for Patsy and Elsi.

Legal Action

Vasquez suffered from anxiety and symptoms similar to post-traumatic stress disorder, leading to her resignation in August 2025. She seeks damages for unpaid wages and emotional distress.

While Jenner herself is not directly accused of discrimination, she is named in the lawsuit for allegedly failing to address these issues. TMZ was first to report this development.

Sources have noted concerns about Vasquez's attendance and other workplace issues. Efforts to reach Jenner's representatives have been unsuccessful so far.
