An 18-year-old Chick-fil-A employee in North Carolina, Jayden Cintron, discovered nearly $10,000 in cash while on a break during his shift on Good Friday. Instead of keeping the money, he turned it over to his workplace's human resources department.

Unexpected Discovery

Jayden found two envelopes near a restroom containing a total of $9,333. These envelopes were labeled from First Citizens Bank and Truist Bank. Despite any personal financial pressures, he chose to report the find immediately.

Decision Driven by Beliefs

When asked about his decision not to keep the money, Jayden said it was simply not what he believed was right. He stated, "That’s not what Jesus would’ve done. That’s not what God would’ve wanted."

Recognition for Integrity

The owner of the money returned and offered Jayden a $500 reward for his honesty. Initially reluctant to accept the reward, Jayden ultimately took it after some encouragement.
