Drew Sidora Fears Homelessness for Her and Oldest Child if Evicted

Share Post

Television personality Drew Sidora is requesting a court to reconsider an order that demands she leave the marital home shared with estranged husband Ralph Pittman, due to financial difficulties and housing concerns.

Financial Struggles and Housing Stability

According to court documents, Sidora claims she currently lacks the financial resources to secure new living arrangements before a May 31 deadline. She mentioned no alternative housing has been identified yet, raising concerns about potential homelessness for her and her eldest child.

Income Disparity and Custody Battle

Sidora alleges that Pittman earns about three times her income, which complicates her ability to comply with the order. She also stated that while Pittman initially agreed to joint physical custody, he later pursued primary custody during the divorce proceedings.

Pittman was recently awarded primary custody of their two children, though both parents retain joint legal custody. This decision followed allegations concerning the children's tardiness to school under Sidora's care.

Divorce Proceedings

The ongoing divorce case began in March 2023 but remains unresolved. Prior accusations from Sidora include claims of infidelity against Pittman as she seeks primary custody of the children as well.

A judge has not yet ruled on Sidora's request for reconsideration regarding vacating the home. The couple currently lives separately within the same residence, with Pittman in the basement and Sidora on the upper level.
