Jack Schlossberg and Rev. Al Sharpton Reunite at Convention After Breakfast Meeting

Jack Schlossberg is actively engaging with Rev. Al Sharpton, attending meetings and speaking at events related to his congressional campaign. Despite these appearances, Sharpton has not offered a political endorsement.

Breakfast Meeting with Rev. Al Sharpton

Schlossberg met with Rev. Al Sharpton for breakfast at the Regency in New York last week. During their meeting, they discussed various topics, setting the stage for Schlossberg's later appearance at a convention.

Addressing the National Action Network Convention

At the National Action Network Convention held on Wednesday at the Sheraton hotel, Sharpton introduced Schlossberg as "President Kennedy’s great-grandson" who is running for Congress. Schlossberg then took the opportunity to praise Sharpton's lifelong dedication to civil rights.

During his speech, Schlossberg expressed admiration for Sharpton's relentless work and described him as an inspiring figure for young people. He referenced his run for New York’s 12th Congressional District and shared his campaign slogan: "Believe in something again."

No Political Endorsement

Although Schlossberg and Sharpton have had significant public interactions, Sharpton's representative confirmed that there is no political endorsement from him regarding Schlossberg's campaign efforts.
