Alex Jones Urges 25th Amendment for Trump Amid Iran Tensions

Share Post

Donald Trump's recent threats against Iran have alienated one of his former supporters, Alex Jones. The conspiracy theorist has called for invoking the 25th Amendment in response to the President's actions.

Alex Jones Criticizes Trump's Iran Approach

In an April 6 episode of his show, Alex Jones called for the use of the 25th Amendment against Trump. This followed comments from his guest, Robert Barnes, who said that "Trump has lost his mind."

Barnes humorously suggested Vice President JD Vance should place Trump in a White House bunker due to escalating tensions with Iran. He warned that prolonging the conflict could lead to a major war.

The 25th Amendment would involve Vice President Vance and Trump's Cabinet declaring him unfit for office. Trump could challenge this, requiring Congress to decide on the matter.

Controversial Social Media Post

The backlash comes after Trump's provocative post on Truth Social directed at Iran, threatening significant action if they did not comply with demands. However, he later retracted these threats, resulting in a temporary ceasefire.
