Three Men Meet Their Fate at the Pearly Gates!
Three men arrive at the Pearly Gates and are greeted by Saint Peter, who asks them about their fidelity to their wives. The first man proudly says he has never cheated in 30 years, earning a Mercedes as a reward. The second man admits to cheating once in 40 years and receives a Hyundai. The third man confesses to cheating ten times or more and is given a rusty old Geo Metro.
The Consequence of Actions
As time goes by in Heaven, the man driving the Geo Metro finds himself stopped at a red light next to the Mercedes. He notices the man in the Mercedes is crying with his head on the wheel.
Unexpected Realization
The driver of the Geo Metro asks why someone with such an excellent car would be upset. The man in the Mercedes explains emotionally that he saw his wife pass by on rollerblades, causing him to reflect.
A Change in Perspective
This encounter leads to a moment of silence as both men contemplate their situations. For the man in the Mercedes, his car suddenly seems much less impressive.
