Tori Spelling recently shared her struggle with depression during an eight-week battle with illness.

During an episode of her podcast, MisSpelling, Tori discussed how an illness that began with sinus issues progressed over the weeks, preventing her from working.

She attributed the illness to a viral infection possibly passed on by her five children and expressed gratitude for the support from her ex-husband, Dean McDermott.

Tori's Health Struggles and Recovery

Tori described the experience as "hell," mentioning feeling hopeless after two months without improvement, even with self-care efforts.

She detailed the various viruses and infections she battled, including enterovirus, rhinovirus, and Covid, which led to sinus, inner ear, and Eustachian tube infections.

While still not fully recovered, Tori mentioned feeling slightly better after a nasal rinse treatment alongside antibiotics prescribed by doctors.
